4 bed but only enough hot water for two

Good location in the city but definitely only 2.5 star not 4. Arrived in at 7pm and heating was not on. Had to sit with our jackets on for half hour before the ice melted. Only had an under sink hot water cylinder so cold showers for half our group. Holes in the carpet and grubby lounge. Clean sheets though. Not returning and it spoilt out trip

I wish I knew I'd be sleeping next to a club that's open till 8:00am on a Sunday morning,

We came here because we normally like Best Western. When we first arrived from the airport our room wasn't ready, we had a footy game to go to so had to wait till after the game was over to check-in, at least we were able to leave our suitcase till we came back. When we came back, we're told we're not in this building but rather the Annex which is on Flinders Lane. We checked out the room, it was a pretty decent size. What we did not know till much later was that there is a bar/club right behind our bedroom. So in the middle of the night there are drunk idiots screaming, loud music blaring on King Street and someone had entered the hallway to the lift and left a big mess that upon leaving we had to navigate around. We don't travel much, so this was a really disappointing way to end our trip.

Convenient location and value for money

Stayed here twice on way to and from home. Chose on location and price but was a bit worried on the feedback noted on here. Well I'm glad we did stay.
On first stay we had a one bedroom apartment and was pleasantly surprised.
Positives - full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Seperate lounge and dining. Also had a single bed next to kitchen.
Negative- our bedroom was a bit on small side and was hard to walk around door. No view.
Our second visit we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and this was awesome. We had a small balcony (very small) with views of Southbank.
Check-in super easy and location was great for us. Both rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Decent inner city service apartment.

Stayed here recently and I must state the location is excellent. The property check in is actually down a small street off Flinders St. Check in was smooth and reception staff friendly. The room was a spacious 2 bd apartment on the 15 floor with great views. Slight issue with the bedding lay out. I booked a Queen and 2 singles, but instead the room had 2 Queens. We made it work. The lounge and dining rooms were well set out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen ideal. All photos on the site are a true representation of this property and I would stay here again if the price was right.

Professional staff at checkin, very knowledgeable & informative.
Room was clean, lounge spacious, had everything we needed. Location location, close to tram stops, 2 main train stations & South Bank, free wifi. Around the corner from night clubs, so people noise could be a problem in the mornings, but with all the pluses and value for money, it really wasn't a problem
