What People are saying
nice hotel, just a couple problems

This hotel overall was very nice- we slept comfortably. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the furniture was a bit dusty, but not terrible. We have been a little leary of the Best Western, having experienced some really bad ones in the past, but the brand seems to be picking things up and the improvement is noticeable.
Just like family

Wonderful staff, clean, quiet rooms. Also they have special accommodations for pet owners. They have a good quality breakfast with lots to choose from. Near several restaurants that offer a verity of foods.
Much better than expected

I Stayed here for wsu Dad’s Weekend after waiting too long to book something in Pullman. When I pulled in late at night I was very discouraged. Seemed a tad dated and a bit run down. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean room and an amazingly comfortable bed. Very quiet during my 2 night stay. Once in my room it was very private and completely quiet. I slept amazing. I guess it goes to say you can’t always judge a book by its cover. Very nice staff members also. Continental breakfast was better than most at this price point.
Exceptional service

Although the Hotel has gone through a cosmetic overhaul, it is still an older hotel. The location is terrible! Across from a Casino off the main drag of town. It is NOT on River as the name would lend itself. Really not a good family place. No one at reception desk when we arrived in early evening, just a note saying they would be right back. There was a constant DRIP from the upstairs heater/A-C unit, dripping on out unit, noise enough to drive you batty. Cost for room vs accommodation is way off.
