Chattanooga vacation
Narendra Aon 15/08/2017 19:21Took family for 2 days (1 night stay). Best western is located very close to Ruby falls/look out mountain attractions. Well kept hotel with professional staff. Facilities Luke Gym, swimming pool and breakfast are good. Will definitely stay there again.

Kristina won 13/08/2017 14:50This hotel is a good place to rest and is a good price. Went with my fiance for a weekend get away and we both were pleased with the staff at this hotel. They were friendly, rooms clean, and breakfast was good as well!

heidiwU3859UWon 09/08/2017 03:19Great price for an over night stay! Stayed here over night on our way to Florida from Ohio. Our room was clean and the pool was awesome for the kids. Close to many activities and shopping.Would stay here again!

sun_lionesson 07/08/2017 02:25We stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. When arriving, the whole property just seemed like a big parking lot with a pool in it. After checking in, we were given a key, and when we went to our room, there was someone in it! It was very awkward to just walk in on someone, and a bad mistake for the front desk to make. The employee apologized quite a bit, but did admit that she gave us the wrong room. When we entered our room, it was nicely updated and clean. It was comfortable as the air conditioning had been running before we arrived. Unfortunately, we hadn't been given a remote control for the tv, so I had to hunt one down. When we did get a new one, it wasn't programmed, so I had to figure out how to do that as well. Once that was taken care of, everything was fine. The kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit. There are no sidewalks in the area, so don't plan on walking around to explore. The second day of our stay, the maid came in and took our towels, but didn't give us any replacements, and didn't clean our room either. Since we were leaving the next day, we didn't really need clean sheets or anything, but it was weird. I ended up going to get towels from the front desk, but was only given two, despite having four people in our room. Even though we had issues, the staff were nice, and we would probably stay here again for a quick trip. This is not a hotel for an extended stay, in my opinion.

290anicamon 06/08/2017 01:53Pretty good value for money. Staff excellent. Clean rooms . Breakfast nothing exciting but ok. Logan's bar and grill near hotel so that was convenient . A little far from the grand old opry but now t a bad cab ride
