A top class restaurant experience

Drove pasted it enroute on our journeys
and it caught our eye. We only went to the restaurant and the food was as good as any we've had in major city's. The staff were welcoming, ambiance beautiful & log fire working, food presentation and taste was outstanding. Huge portions. Very reasonable...a really lovely experience for us weary travellers

Home away from home

It's the little things that's the Best western sanctuary inn that make you feel special. From the moment you enter reception you are greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. As I am Best Western rewards member and regular guest of the hotel, there is most often a little chocolate waiting for me on my pillow with a thank you note attached with it from the General Manager which is very cute. I have stayed in both the standard rooms and the premier rooms, both have very comfortable beds, the key difference between the two is the furnishings. I always look forward to coming back to the sanctuary inn. I do a lot of driving by myself from Brisbane to Sydney regularly and the Sanctuaryvat Tamworth is my go to place as the half way point on my long journey in the car every time.

Outstanding and affordable room, paid $159 for a premier queen off the road (see photos attached) nice and spacious, clean and comfortable.
Location: the motel is located within a 1 minute drive to the centre of town and is also across the road from Woolworths and Dan Murphy's.
Accommodation: the room is beautiful and not your typical motel style. Quality bedding and heavy furniture.
Restaurant: the food was beautiful for both in room service we had one morning for breakfast and even better at night sampling food from the Med!
Service: the staff here go above and beyond to make sure guests are pleased.

All in all we are very happy vegemites and look forward to coming back.

Bring your pet! It's got amazing pet friendly rooms

Recently brought my best furry little friend on my travels through Tamworth. I was concerned I would not find anywhere as I was driving through and decided to stay the night in Tamworth as I was exhausted. The Sanctuary has a few pet rooms and they are beautifully made up. Me and my pooch where very content. Nice, clean and quiet, we were looked after like royalty.

Great accommodation & conference venue

Great conference venue with a range of different rooms for our meeting. The staff are true professionals. The food was actually devine. It might be a best western, but I can tell you from experience, this is not your typical motel. I stayed in ground floor room which was a premier king, nice and quiet, great bed and fox channels. I booked and paid directly on their website for $169. Everything was great.
