This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London! I recommand everyone to come here! The rooms are really cosy and available for everyone! The receptionistes are really nice and open minded! The breakfast is also nice and it's just enough for another good morning to start! If you're looking for a cheap, great hotel in London... you've found it, this is it!!! :)

I don't understand what people are complaining about. This hotel was reasonably priced for central London. Everything was clean and well equipped. Lovely shower, breakfast ok. Location fantastic. Only a 5 min walk to the nearest tube and a stroll across the road to Hyde Park. We are in a few local places all good quality. Would return.

Great location, tired hotel, broken lift.

Two rooms booked, but one of the rooms wouldn't lock and had no lights. It was on the top floor, the lift didn't work and the phone wasn't working either. A bit inconvenient but room was eventually changed. Generally a good hotel, just a bit tired. Breakfast was basic continental but fine. Great thing was the location, handy for Kensington and Hyde Park.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its great location. I can add a very kind receptionist. First of all there is no elevator to the reception. There are many stairs you have to go to arrive in the reception. The elevator is kind of creepy. There is no door. We feel completely insecure inside it. The shower in the morning is cold. I asked the reception why, and they said it was because many people were using it. What kind of excuse is that? Breakfast is a shame, the bread was very old, every single day the bread was old, besides there were few options. This hotel is no way four stars.

Well we've just spent 3 nights here and one of the only good things about this hotel is the location. The room, 305, was the smallest I've come across, would struggle with 1 person let alone 2. Clean bed but everything else was in need of modernising or totally replacing. Cracked tiles in bathroom, lime scale on sink taps and around shower base and the carpet had holes in and was fraying in curious places. Breakfast was the poorest selection I've seen for a continental breakfast and what was there took an age to be replenished. Displays an AA 4 star award but I would struggle to give it 2 stars based on my experience. So please think twice about booking this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!
