It has a great lobby and an okay room. We got a 2 room flat and it was good too. Its clean despite the old building. Dont be fooled that its near a mall though, the mall went bankrupt. Believe it or not, their bellboy wasnt there when we had to check out. It was a bummer, service sucks so much, everyone was always absent and wont even answer phone calls. Even elevator needs someone to open with a card and the person was never around! The service covers up the good of the place.

The place was too old including the furniture and the place too dark and i think they never make a maintenance about that property the pool was dirty and reception only receive your booking until 12pm so better check in before 12pm

The rooms were clean and specious. The staff were helpful but very few spoke decent English including the receptionist who was pleasant but pleasantly surprised when I spoke to her in queens language. But she has the attitude to improve!
Breakfast was stale and lacked choices. The location was far away from the city of Jakarta and we really regret the decision of staying here because of the distance and terrible traffic jams we encountered going to and fro from the hotel. The English speaking staff were less friendly or tried to make money out of us. But I managed to avert it due to my expertise in travelling to places less known

Front Desk: Wasn't helpful at all. I had to call a few times to confirm my reservation from booking.com it took them awhile to find my reservation. I had to actually come to the hotel in person to confirm the reservation and they found it. During check in process, they had to give me another room cause the room they initially gave me was not ready by 2pm. I've also asked for a room with a good wifi connection but couldn't connect to the wifi when I got in, the signal was too low. Please pay attention to guest's request next time. The Front Desk Agents needs to improve their customer service skills, they weren't friendly at all and wasn't informative enough about the free parking facility. I had to pay when I got out during the day. It wasn't convenient at all if you had to go in and out the hotel to visit other places. I don't feel welcomed at all. Then during my check out they offered me to eat breakfast while waiting for the room to be checked. Literally there was no more food left! why would offer me to get breakfast? and she was playing with her phone in front of me while I waited.
Food: Food was bland. Not variety enough. Seating capacity is ridiculous! Please expand it and anticipate during high seasons. I couldn't find me a seat for two and keep the food refilled until the breakfast time is over. I came around 8:30 ish and there was no more food left.
Room: It's clean enough although the bed sheets and pillow case seems old. air circulation is good as well. For the price it's definitely worth it. I've read mixed reviews about the rooms and I've decided to see it myself. I'm glad I didn't get a bad impression of he room. It's basically a two bedrooms studio-like. It wasn't luxurious but it's good enough. Spacious! indeed. There was also a water dispenser and a gallon of water provided which is great so you can make cup noodles in there just in case you didn't get the chance to eat breakfast.
Pool & Gym: I got sick so I couldn't take advantage of their facilities like the marcopolo and the gym but from the elevator view, marcopolo has two different water color. I don't know if they only clean one part of the pool or not but one of them was clear blue water and the other part of the pool was green-ish.
My tips: High floor, Good wifi connection, Good view. Room Only. If you decided to include breakfast you should wake up super early so you can enjoy the meal they provided and to get a proper seating in the restaurant.
Dear Management, Please anticipate full house situation and coordinate well with all departments including adding more breakfast food and keep them running and also add more tables and chairs so every guest has their own seats.

perfectly complete ammenities. sadly didnt try the food n outdoor pool. the rooms are very cozy. fast service. good view. bad air conditioning and tv satelite. very impressive lobby. overall i like this place. n thanks travelio for such a convenience price
