We were at the middle of our 2 week private excursion organized by Copper Canyon Adventures Tours who selected the BW Lodge. The hotel is a log cabin style and our room was equally the same. Very charming & cozy.

Hotel doesn't recognize loyalty status at all. Great Character property you won't find anywhere else. Don't take the tour if they are using the van with excessive decals covering windows. You won't see clearly. Beware of how crowded the tour will be in advance. Overall you should be satisfied.

Loved the hotel.Very quaint wooden,spacious bungalows with a hammock outside of the door. Very good service from the front desk not only on check-in but also organizing tours.Restuarant also the best in town with very good specials_Tacos with Menonite cheese and choice of meats. Only downside was the bar area that was filthy and very poorly served.

Personnel weren't that helpful but helpful enough. They contacted us with a motorcycle tour that was great, they have an awesome bar and a beer lodge and pizza place that is delicious.
Rooms are cabin like, very spacious and pretty. You can make a fire outside.

Excelent hotel in Creel. Rooms are big, cozy and confortable. Staff is very nice and helpful.
They also have very good local guides.
Breakfast buffet is OK, but lunch was delicious.
Very well located. You can walk to the train station.
