The Parlour Inn has it all.
TeeCrow3on 08/08/2017 23:36The location in Stratford is excellent and just a short stroll to the Avon River walking path.
A highlight of the Parlour is its dining room experience and, of course, the food.
After out first dinner we knew we did not have to look any further for terrific breakfasts as well.
An unexpected treat was the shuttle service to the theatres, especially handy to avoid the long walk uphill from the parking lot to the Festival Theatre.
Wonderful...a perfect get away
Betty Hon 08/08/2017 17:57We spent a night at the Parlour in July so that we could attend a couple of plays. Overall this is a great place. The rooms are well laid out, very clean, lots of space. All rooms are a good size and have two queen sized beds and all seem to have two queen bed (although we did wonder if the beds were really queen sized or in fact large doubles). The front desk staff were wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - the bar staff offered to carry a bottle of sparkling water and some glasses back to our room for us without even being asked. The location is perfect...an easy walk into town. The only glitch that we experienced was at breakfast. There was only one waitress on duty. She really was trying her best to keep up but it was a struggle for her and as a result service was slow. Not the fault of the waitress but we were under a bit of a time crunch.
Perfect for Stratford Getaway
3Thirstytravellerson 04/08/2017 21:51Just returned from excellent visit in Stratford. Previous visits we have stayed at B&Bs or the Alden Park. This was by far our favourite. It is well located within walking distance to downtown. They offer free shuttle to the theatres. Room was a double queen room. Very spacious. Great beds. Very comfortable and well appointed. Only critique would be that it was a bit dark. Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent service. Odd to not have grapefruit juice and spinach on the eggs benny was not cooked which was also odd. Very charming surroundings and would definitely return.
Charming and Friendly
Fordstaffon 22/07/2017 01:37Overall a VERY GOOD hotel and wonderful friendly service. It's quaint, it's clean, it's charming and it's central to everything you would need at Stratford. They have a wonderful car service that drops you off (and picks you up) at the various theatres. Also, free parking and free wi-fi!
