Dogziggidyon 06/08/2017 19:59This is the very best hotel this picky traveler couple has stayed in! Clean clean clean! A lovely room and excellent accommodations even to the smallest details. Top notch staff. Wonderful free breakfast. Mexican Jalisco cuisine on site is unbeatable in every way. Location is perfect. Room rate amazing! The exterior room entry was very very nice, too. Plenty of great safe parking right outside our room. We felt totally secure. Could have paid more elsewhere & gotten far less. Husband & I were thrilled with our stay. Wow! Thunderbird Best Western is what a hotel should be!
Stop on vacation
Stephanie Mon 01/08/2017 23:43Great place to stay , right off the highway. Rooms are clean , checking in service was easy. Morning breakfast was typical. I would stay again. Parking was good. And there is a great Mexican restaurant next door.
Raw sewage
bamatomcat713on 29/07/2017 16:39Woke up, was going to take a shower but noticed black sludge in the sink. We were afraid to take a shower! Didn't want to be standing in sewage. Decided to just take a cloth and wash up the best we could only to find the hand towel had a big yellow stain on it! At this point we just loaded up and stopped at the office. I informed the desk clerk of our experience and she gave me a whopping $8 off my bill!!! NEVER AGAIN! We had to leave dirty for the day! We Also told the maid on our way out and she said "oh no problem" my husband told her it was a problem for us. Also they have a Mexican restaurant adjoining​ the building when you arrive you have to look hard for a place to park, the parking lot is crowded and busy. If you need rest this is not the place.

christophere96on 29/07/2017 12:53They go out of their way to make sure that you have an easy, enjoyable stay. The breakfast in the morning is the standard food, but fresh. The restaurant they have on site is one of the best I've ever eaten at.
Easy and Comfortable
435abigailgon 24/07/2017 17:21This hotel was very clean and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The lady at the desk during check-in was very friendly and helpful. I was definitely impressed and would stay here again if traveling through Cookeville.
