Room was ok - Customer service was terrible

Upon check-in customer service was terrible. Did not advise us ahead of time of problems with reservation. Tried to charge us extra for another room because they did not have roll away beds. We ended up having to have our child stay with someone else during the trip instead to avoid extra costs. Front staff person was very rude and not at all accommodating. Hotel was being renovated and we were not told of that in advance either. Continental breakfast consisted of junk food in a paper bag that you ate in your room. Pathetic. Only good thing was the housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Room was your standard run of the mill room in a small town. Clean. No elevator. Not the normal Best Western we are used to by far. Needs updating bad!They are under construction in the office space. So be aware of that. Disappointed in the customer service. Short and abrupt.

Remodeling, but still a good place to stay.

This is a nice hotel with rooms available at a reasonable price. We have stayed here several times. Since breakfast is not yet available due to ongoing construction we were given a menu list of items we could order for our "bag breakfast"; to be turned in the night before. Not a bad selection with hard boiled eggs, milk, juice granola and energy bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.

The rooms are spacious and have been updated. We were told there will be more improvements before the remodel is completed. Cleanliness is good.

Our check-in and out were smooth and uneventful. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We plan to stay here again soon.

We would definitely stay here again. This is an older hotel/motel that is undergoing a remodel/renovation. Despite this, the rooms were clean and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. No major problems.

Worse Best Western on the West Coast. Rudest check in clerk.

Worse place I have ever stayed. Filthy parking if you were lucky enough to find a parking spot . The check in clerk was so nasty to my 88 year old friend that we wanted to just leave without seeing the room but it was so late and had been traveling all day long.
