Great hotel
607mistybon 29/07/2017 23:21I had a good experience with this hotel and would recommend it in the future. It is close to I-70 near the stadium. Breakfast ladies were great and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. Sidewalk needs updating

Beth Gon 28/07/2017 16:01Hotel appeared to be overbooked. Room keys didn't work even after being remagnetized, sending me running back and forth across the property (light was yellow indicating the room had been assigned to someone else.) Was given a different room which was full of mildew and had damp carpet but gave up as it was midnight by this point. Asked to check out an hour late but no note was made so I was woken up bright and early by housekeeping. Streetlight shining directly in my eyes all night anyway and no way to close the curtain. WiFi useless. Very few trashcans for dog pickup (and pet fee is $20 for one night!) I'm traveling across the country and have consistently had good experiences at hotels half the price. Don't waste your money.
Bugs in Room and lies
188michealfon 27/07/2017 21:13There were bugs in our room. The front desk clerk said we Would not be charged. The next day the manager said we Would be charged for One of the rooms. We are now fighting this out with best Western corporate
Wonderful trip
S5788KNdianamon 26/07/2017 20:03The service was great, the blonde lady who did the breakfast, took such great care of us in the mornings and made sure we felt right at home. The front desk people (all of them) we very accommodating and courteous! If we ever need to go back to KC again THIS will be the place we stay!
Good hotel
katie con 26/07/2017 18:59Nothing too fancy, but nice and clean, friendly staff, decent pool, good breakfast, and good price. Would stay here again. We liked being on the ground floor so we could easily unpack and then pack up the next morning. The person at the front desk was able to switch our reservation to a two queen room instead of one. Much appreciated!
