Outstanding front desk person
Mary Eon 30/07/2017 15:29We booked the room online and upon arrival there was a problem. The front desk lady, who was the only person, handled the situation very well..we reserved a king and got 2 queens..she placed us is suite for the inconvenience. With the motel bring sold out she could have turned us away. This is not a motel that can be compared to a $110 per nite motel..the room was clean and well kept
.the motel is in need of a little updating
.ceiling tiles, rooms look old and lobby need updated.
Nice lobby - Rooms show their age
jsthelinon 26/07/2017 22:24Nice large lobby for check-in and complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious but was showing its age (needed new carpeting in particular). The pool was empty when we were here--I would have liked to take a little dip after a long day on the road.
Not what I expected...
JLDG_8on 19/07/2017 21:49I booked my room using the choice hotels website. I reserved a suite however upon arrival was told the suite was demolished and could not be rented out. This was just the first of many issues while staying there. They mowed the grass at 8:00 PM and the lawnmower broke and was parked on the sidewalk in front of my room. The sheets were very stained. The door chain was not working as half of it was missing. Overall not a great stay.
Bath tub was nasty
Kandace Bon 09/07/2017 21:32The room was exactly what you would expect for a low budget hotel. The sheets looked clean. The pillows a little lumpy, over all a clean enough room. The air took a couple hours to cool the room off. There was a fridge microwave and safe and that was nice. The bath tub however was gross. We did not use it as we only stayed one night. It had a visible ring, the entire shower was covered in soap scum and hard water spots. The mat? had come up in one spot and was moldy underneath.
A warm and inviting lobby!
Ourtime93on 01/04/2017 01:59The lobby sets your expectations, but then when you are checked into building #3 away from everything except the restaurant under re-construction; #385 a supposed non-smoking room with the immediate neighbour puffing away you aren't impressed. The room seemed musty and the fridge was making strange sounds, but all that was only an inconvenience compared to finding a very dated room with a filthy bathroom; a tub floor blackened with dirt and a shower head caked in corrosion. We complained and were moved to #241 with a commanding second floor view of the 24\7 gas station next door . That room also had a HVAC unit with floating controls so you can't control fan or temperature. Too tired by that point to complain further and looking forward to that purported comfortable mattress we called it a night, but following breakfast (or lack thereof) we've vowed never to return. There's no value for your money at this location.
