Great experience. Here for the State Fair. Great Manager and desk staff. Good location near plenty of food choices and a Wegmans supermarket. Has nice outdoor pool. Has a good breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles with strawberries and cream, bagels, cereal, various breads and some pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee. The room and bathroom were recently renovated and clean. We didn't have any problem with noise. Cleaning staff very nice and accommodating. And only 8000 points for a free night even weekends.

Worst hotel stay in 10 years

In the morning I noticed that the carpet badly needed vacuuming.

I went to make a cup of coffee and found that the bottom of the foam/paper coffee cups were pinched through the plastic wrapping causing holes in the cup bottom of the first cup I tried. When I looked for sweetener and lightener I discovered that these amenities were missing.

I then went to use the bathroom and shower. The toilet would not flush!

I went down to request an immediate room change and was told that there were none as the hotel was sold out. The young man behind the counter then started making calls and was able to move me to room 204. Everything in that room was fine.

The next evening I went to print my airline boarding pass on the lobby computer. The printer was not working and there was no sign indicating it was out of order. The same young man that helped me with the room change tried to help me with the computer. Then a woman behind the counter said that the printer was not working. That created a problem as I had already checked in on line. When you do that you cannot access a reservation a second time from a different computer to print the tickets.

The young man that helped me in the morning tried to help me again by trying to connect with a computer behind the desk – but that was futile. He should be commended for his efforts to help a guest.

When I checked out I was given a partial credit. I would rather have had a good stay without problems.

Stayed here 8/22/17 - 8/25/17, will try to not stay here in future.
This was busy week for hotels( Syracuse U ) this hotel does provide breakfast, has pool , goes downhill fast after that .
With so many hotels located here this hotel should have been much better.
Room was adequate but nothing else.
Next room over had arguments all night and kept wide awake . Do believe they could be much better if they tried.

We arrive friday night, when we show our discount coupon for the room, they said it was good only sunday through thursday, but it's not written on it...
When you use discount coupon it is always written when it's valid. So I think that they don't write it in thinking that because people are there they will take the room... but we didn't.
Just a little bit of respect for people would be appreciate!

Good value, some flaws

Booked this last minute returning from family Boston trip. Price was great for Sat stay. Motel style with exterior room access. Rooms have been updated, but felt a bit dirty, grimy. Close to I-90. Free breakfast, but it was underwhelming.
