ashleyf5012017on 14/08/2017 14:44The staff at The Beverly Hills is without doubt the most incredible asset that the hotel possesses; every person is warm and friendly and takes a genuine interest in each of the guests. We were blown away by the level of service we received. The hotel amenities are of high quality, and the location is exceptional. No complaints whatsoever.

Andre Don 14/08/2017 13:03I havent received a brilliant and warm Service like this in years (and i am travellinga lot). Everything is absoluetly clean and in brilliant order. I highly reccomend this place for everyone who wants to stay in the Durban / Umhlanga Area!

snobmanon 13/08/2017 20:37I am a regular traveler and always stay at the best hotels. I have stayed at the TAJ palace in India, The Oberoi, The One and Only and many others.. I have yet to experience service to parallel that of The Beverly Hills. This hotel is simply a case study in great service. Every single person in the hotel has one objective and that is to make guests feel pampered.
The hotel is also in a great location , has 5 star rooms and a great breakfast. Highly recommended for work or family.

The general Manager mr John DeCanha is most amazing human being
Takes utmost care of his guest, from the time you check in till the time you check out
Always on the floor at breakfeast or at the pool area.
Give s personal attention to his guest
I recommend all guest to stay at this hotel
