This hotel is atrocious when we arrived it was in the middle of the night and we were given a key and pointed to the lifts there was two adults and two children
When we got to the room there was two single beds and two chairs with no bedding
The receptionist told me that this was the only room they had when I complained
The food was disgusting no food for children or english we lived on chips and bread for two weeks, we went all exclusive for the kids to have drinks and ice creams but the ice creams where in a locked fridge and had to be paid for, the bar staff was over heard saying that he hated the English, being the only English in the hotel it was obviously meant for us, I felt disgusted that some one could say this when we had been nothing but polite
The night time disco for kids started at 9pm and lasted 15/20 mins then nothing the bar finished at 11pm then you had to pay for drinks.
Overall I would never return to this hotel ever and would advice that English people do not stay it was the worst holiday stay I have ever had.
In my opinion do not book if you have already done so I urge you to change the hotel

We came to stat here in 2015 the food / snack choices where fab the waiters were amazing they could not do enough for you! Let dow this time!! It has been taken over please.dont go if you are english! The.manager cant speak a word of it other than hello and the waiters always struggled, drinks where wrong 95% of the tine despite spending 2 weeks here! No drinks bought to you like before staff had no time.to enjoy themselves like before, food was very minimal choice! They had a dog they said they let run loose.. This is not true! It is chained up behind the slides in a garden you cant see fron inside the hotel u had to leave the hotel to see it, no space to move, very cruel in 46° heat! The only good thing.about the hotel is the entertainer!! We also paid for a family suite which we never got we got stuck in a room where 2 small sofas pulled out into beds u then cudnt get out into the balcony as no space to move a cat!! Also drinks are not all inclusive bar starts at 10.30 finishes at 11, vodka gin raki or warm wine was included! I understand payibg for imported drinks but they could use there version! I bought 2 malibu and It wasnt malibu they used so i was very annoyed a cheap turkish version shudnt be paid for! Do not go here if u are english!

It was With hot weather Nice holiday,hotel close to everywhere shopping,City,Beach,harbour.we like food,entertaiment,turkish Night was super.we had a lot of Fun.room and general area clean,fresh.we like it and recommend absolutly.hope to be back there one Day.

The Best HOTEL I've ever been to!

For last week I stayed with my fiancée. The people are very polite, they will help you with everything you need. The meals are top notch. If you have some luck you may even play volleyball with the general manager Fatih.

The best people among this very polite team are Pinocchio - the animator because of whom I come back when I will have kids and bartender Mustafa - he made best drinks ever in a very professional way (even without tips).

I recommend this hotel for active pairs as well as for families with children.
