Good stay, nice food, maharashtrian/panjabi also, very friendly staff, suitable for family as well. Very close to the Candolim beach. Other nice restaurants are very close so you have options available.

Visited Goa like every mans dream trip. We were 3 frenz and students that time so wanted a budget accommodation but centrally located. Came to know about this small hotel through trip advisor only with Gud reviews and good location and at food price.
Called Rossetta the owner of the place and she was kind enough to confirm my bookings even without any advance. She informed telephonically only bout the price for taxi to reach the place and as requested she had arranged for a car on rent already upon reaching. The hotel is amazingly located at the dead end of the road and immediately starts the sand that hits the beach. The rooms were small but neat. Not the ideal honeymoon rooms but a resonbale bargain. Paid around ₹1500-1800 on triple sharing per nyt.
The restraunt it has is good and the swift services offered by hotel was really amazing. Everything we wanted or we were helped quickly and all done at the best price.
It's in candolim north Goa and ideal for students and friends who are looking for a roof to relax for sometime and be on the beach at no time or for people looking for long stays.

Welcome to a little hotel (6-7 rooms only) that really understands customer service. The place is practically on the beach and is yet close to all the hotspots on the Candolim-Aguada main road. The rooms are neat and tidy, the bathrooms are clean, the service is fantastic and the in house restaurant serves up a really tasty fare which is some of the best food I've had in Goa!
Please stay at this place if your looking for a budget hotel, its one of the best out there. And please eat at the in house restaurant it might be the best you'll get in Goa!

Reasonable breakfast, slow service

Haven't stayed here, just stopped in the breakfast.
The service was slow even by Goa standards. Food was average to good, but all they served for breakfast was basic eggs.

Reasonably priced.
Service was lacking
Food: Decent, but missable

This is a strictly budget property, but made special by the wonderful people servicing this place. Aseed, the room service guy, was always just a few seconds away. It was surprising to see that at any time of the day or night, he was so quick to respond and would always heed to your requests. Even a 5 star property fails to provide such a quick service, at times.

We were here for 2 days with friends.

Room :
They have only two category rooms, one with balcony and one without. We were in a very good sized room with a nice balcony for that all important morning tea. All rooms have a good working AC. The bed has clean sheets and extra blankets are kept in the cupboard. Two towels are also provided.

The bathroom is quite big and a geyser is provided for hot water at all times.

We happened to meet the co-owner Mr. Vikas Palande, who was quite happy to guide us to local hot spots and even got us a free entry to a club in Baga on friday night. (For 5 boys stags, this was awesome :-)

They also a have a restaurant by the sea side on the main road towards the beach named "Garden Grill". It had a deck overlooking the sea and they served some kickass Cheese Garlic naan and hookah. We noticed that their manager and the staff are fluent in Russian, seems this is a place frequented by Russians. It was quite a fun night for us giving our vocals chords that stretch at the Karaoke bar. Can't say about the other patrons, but we had a blast .. lol

All in all, if you are looking for a budget property very near to the beach with awesome, warm service, Give this place a try.
