The most horrible place to stay and ruin your holiday
Prageeth Gon 13/05/2017 19:52The most horrible hotel that we have ever stayed with worst customer service. I went there on 11th May 2017 with my family. Full board price was 10900. The pool was not ready. They started cleaning it after one hour of our arrival. It was not vacuumed for months and looked horrible.
They had a menu but you can't order 02 different dishes for you and wife. Only one dish for both. What a customer service. Bed linen was not replaced and dirty. I immediately cancelled my booking and got away from that hell
Friends, please never ever go to this horrible place. The front desk manager doesn't know how to tackle a situation like this. He has shown his bad attitude to us. He was also angry and very unprofessional. He could have refunded my advance. I guess the owner of this property has the same attitude which has been transferred to the staff. That's why they really don't care about the guests who come all the way from Colombo to enjoy their holidays. THEY WERE NEVER EDUCATED HOW TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS.
After leaving this hell, we were in a deep trouble to find another place and it was almost spending the night in our vehicle and they have ruined our first day.
Lovely location, poor service
Dinesh Con 16/11/2016 08:49We booked the hotel bin vino for two days and we had to check out in one day. The location was lovely and it gives a breathtaking view. We checked in with my family on 12th November. Everything was fine except the service and the food.

Nisi Fon 21/04/2016 03:13Stunning view, but the food was expensive so had to get it from outside. clean sheets n friendly staff. Also no sitting arrangements on the roof top had to take the chair in our rooms. Also ask for 3rd floor room () the view was so stunning in tge morning and also in the night. Had privacy and the view s worth coming here.
very bad service
asankawickpbon 04/01/2016 12:35I went there twice.first time went by chance with office members before 5 years a go at the time it was very nice .there was a manager named Edwards .he tries to do his best to the visitors.next time we went there with my family member & friends.their service is very bad.rooms and surrounding is beautiful, food also not enough and not good.they serve desserts about two hours after the meal.
