Nice basic place to stay

METRAVELER55on 12/06/2017 13:47

My Wife and I Stayed here two nights. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It had a refrigerator microwave small tv with basic cable. No coffee maker. There is a store just up the road that opens at 530 that had good coffee. It also has a pool and hot tube.we didn't use either. There is a area with a fire pit and gas grill. The inn is right off a atv trail. So there is the sound of guest coming and going on there atvs By bedtime the place was very quiet. The beds where fair was able to get a good nights sleep. This is a nice basic place to stay.We plan on staying here this fall when back in the area.

great spot for serious snowmowbiling

Fred Son 02/01/2017 18:36

great area for snowmobiling rooms are decent for an older motel, but owners and staff are so help full and gracious snowmobile shop's and rental's are next door meals, next door fuel stops are next door and snowmobile clubs servicing this area are moor than expected for reliability, for central maine it leaves volumes of direction's to go too

Security questionable

We booked this hotel through our ATV trip. After entering the room we decided not to stay. If you are only looking for a place to lay your head or takes a shower, this motel is acceptable. My biggest concern was the lock on the door was a push button lock with no deadbolt or security chain. We did not feel safe or comfortable spending the night.

Nice motel

My husband and I stayed here 1 night on our trip around Maine. The rooms were very clean and certain aspects of it looked like it had been recently updated. The bathroom looked new and the ceiling in the bedroom area appeared to be relatively new. While we didn't need it when we were there, we didn't see an air-conditioner. There were a pool and hot tub but we didn't use either. A lot of ATVers were there and were noisy at first but we didn't notice them when we were ready for bed. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful with directions to various places in the area.

I love this place

The owners are so nice. Motel is always clean and comfortable. I use them often for my employees when they need a room in the area. My wife and I stay there ourselves when we want to get away for a weekend. Highly recommended.
