Just been back to birchvilla for the third yesr and booked again for next year. Hosts karen and paul are the two nicest peaple you could meet they make you so welcome .The hotel is so clean and as everything you need .As for breakfasts the best ever they set you up for the day.i recomend you have a drink in the bar at night with karen and paul they are great company .so just to say a big thankyou ti karen and paul for a lovely weekend at your lovely hotel and see you next yesr .

Paul and Karen are the perferct hosts, nothing is to much trouble for them.
rooms are spotless and cosy, breakfast is amazing. location is fantastic for all your needs.12 of us all from the same family stayed for the September weekend, we always take down Tattie scones for the kids breakfasts ran out on the Sunday and Paul and Karen were thoughtful enough to go out and buy some for us. now thats reallly good hosts , the best in Blackpool by far...

Just stayed a week at birch villa with my daughter who has disabilities Karen and Paul are amazing with her to make her and myself feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and breakfast is amazing. Two of the most loveliest people I've met. Room always comfortable and very well kept. Thank you see you again soon best place to stay in Blackpool.

Stayed for 2 nights at Birch Villa and Karen and Paul are the best hosts I ever encountered. Really kind and caring and thoughtful. They treated us like we were their own family. The place was spotless, facilities were fantastic and they couldn't do enough for you. It all well and good to have a business concern, but to invest it with the care and consideration and love they did was absolutely wonderful. I would book in advance if you want to go as the service they provide means they have a great deal of people wanting to stay. Absolutely excellent and will definitely be staying again with my family. Karens and Paul are the friendliest hosts. Nothings too much for them. Karens will go out of her way to accommodate your needs. I'm vegan and nothing was too much for her. Lovely breakfast, clean rooms and friendly service. Arrive as guests, leave a friends for life. Very highly recommended. Will definitely be back
