Caroline Ton 09/08/2017 18:25My partner and I came here on a Sunday we both had roast I had nut roast my partner had pork, we both really enjoyed out meals,the roast potatoes and veg were all very nice,the resturant was spotless, the price was very reasonable we will go back very soon,unfortunately we were to fill for desert.
Where's the 14th century inn?
Barnowl15on 29/07/2017 21:59Came looking forward to a stay in a 14th century inn but found a 21st century refurbishment! Room was clean and comfy but view left a lot to be desired - a skip and pile of wood chippings! Food was lovely and in fact place was alright and will visit again. Just think description should be reviewed.
Weekend break
barbarapV160JXon 28/07/2017 12:30We had a very enjoyable weekend away at the Bird in Hand. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the food was really good. The hotel is situated very conveniently for visiting many interesting towns and villages around the area, and we would definitely book again if we were staying near London again.
Rooms not what we expected
G5262IHchrisdon 27/07/2017 03:17The room was small and very clean and new but smelled supposedly of paint. Couldn't sleep with that smell so left. The manager was very understanding, can't recommend as we left after an hour. Also internet only worked by the door, frustrating!!
Place looked nice but not the old inn we were expecting.

Very good meal in restaurant and excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking at the front of the hotel.
A very good stay, would highly recommend.
