A pleasant stay
Millie Won 17/07/2017 13:14We chose the superior double room so the room had more space. The room and en-suite were clean and tidy, staff at the check-in desk were polite and friendly. We stayed for 7 nights and everyday our room was tidied well. The room had the basic necessities, however no tea or coffee facilities were provided in the room. The shower head also kept sliding down, so used an elastic band to hold it up for the duration of our stay, which did not hinder our experience. We did not notify staff about the shower head, as it was an easy solution for us to fix ourselves. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and everything was topped up if running low. We also managed to find a parking space in the car park each night. The air-con kept us cool as it was hot whilst we were away, and our room faced the back of the hotel, so we were away from the main road.
HORRIFIC!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Alex Mon 08/07/2017 22:55Horrible staff! Horrible room! My family and I checked in at 715pm. Went to our rooms tv was broke and rooms were humid and extremely hot! Told front desk and he told me they would fix. However we returned at 11pm and were told we should open a window and they wouldn't help us or move us to another room. Was stuck with my family with no where to go or to relax! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! Front desk clerks were rarely there and were very rude. The hotel owner wouldn't even answer their phone to help us. Would've chosen negative stars if the option was there.

susanthatbon 17/06/2017 17:56Traveled with a group of friends to Slovenia and stayed over night in this Hotel! Accommodation was just fine ad it served our purpose. Service is also OK. Felt that it was little too far from the city!. However, nice surroundings!
Birokrat without... bureaucracy!
ionimbrescuon 10/06/2017 17:50Very nice ladies can transmit you the idea that the substantive birokrat have nothing to do with the negative interpretation of adjective birokratic? Yes, they do. Large and nice rooms, maybe a little noising air conditioning equipments, but finally very good for lodging.

golobichon 29/05/2017 20:55Very great and helpfull staff especially bartender with name Polona. She is just amazing and full of energy and very polite. They have also great and delicious sandwiches. I also recommend some red wine and pizza :)
