The hotel is in a very convenient location; however, there are also some issues. The hotel staff are not available 24 hours like most hotels currently are. We had to catch an early train and struggled to check out due to there not being an employee available. We were also checked in to our room before the room was fully cleaned. The beds were not made and there were dishes in the sink. The actual room was very nice. It had a private balcony with patio furniture. The beds were not very comfortable, but did their job. Would consider staying again due to the prime location, but would keep in mind the issues for future reference.

Stayed for 5 nights and can highly recommend this place. It is well appointed, with some large rooms. There are cooking facilities if you want to do your own thing or its proximity to the centre of town mean bars and restaurants are literally across the road. There is a small breakfast area near the lobby where continental breakfast is served.

The hotel is close to the old town. You have everything very close. A few blocks far from the Neckar river and the playground, one long block far from the main bus/tram change so you can go everywhere easily. Supermarkets and restaurants are just in the next corner.
The rooms are small but have a small kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. In the morning there is a kind of breakfast with some sandwiches and juice, milk and coffee.

Kind and nice staff.
The rooms are just big enough, I am not in Heidelberg to stay in my room. They are clean, and the good tasting breakfast gives you a good start before exploring magnificent Heidelberg.
This guesthouse is located near good restaurants and there is only a five minutes walk to the old city,

The hotel is located in the center of Heidelberg city. Rooms are nice and tidy. There is stove, plates and cups for you to cook your own food. The bed is comfortable. There is breakfast buffet in the morning, the range of selection is very limited, but good enough.
