Excellent !!

By far the BEST vacation i've had so far.
I stayed for a week in Costa Bitezhan with a couple of friends and believe me , i cried when I left. The staff were AMAZING, very friendly and super helpful, they even let us check in 4 hours earlier.
The rooms have a special vintage theme, but they're really clean towels are changed every day.
Now for the food , it's good compared to a 4-star hotel, but if you love Turkish cuisine i'm sure you'll love it.
As for the beach, the hotel has a private beach with a super nice view over the mountains , and a street filed with restaurants , cafes and souvenirs shops...
if you like dogs you're gonna fall in love with Bodrum because dogs are literally everywhere !!
The hotel is so close to everything (aprx. 15mins by bus) and buses are always available outside of the hotel and drop you back to the hotel . (Public buses)

BEST PART : Now for the animation part, the Animation Team consists of Ugür (Animation Manager), Aleyna (His assistant) and Berk (His assistant) and they are MY FAVORITES !! literally the best thing that has happened to me on this trip was meeting them. They are so sweet and friendly , you can't imagine how close we got.
They always have events, whether it was by day or night, (boat trips, aquapark , clubbing ..) and of course transportation is included ! They're also always around so that if you have any porblem , they'll fix it in seconds.

I recommend this hotel to all of you willing to visit Bodrum , the best !!

Terrible experience

I've been there with my friends. Rooms are small, with so called "french balkony", one person can stand there, two can't. Food was average. Climate could not work if you are in the bathroom. Not worth the price We payed. Never again.

It was my first time here . Lovely friendly and i like all staff are really polite . Ms aleyna and ms tuğba are so friendly and good friends .thank u all . I like it here and i will come here again . You should come here for sure

Located right on a vibrant promenade with various restaurants, bars, and shops just within walking distance... this resort has a nice private beach area, and the bay is shallow if all you need is a good dip into the water to cool off. Though if you need deeper water for swimming, you may need to go elsewhere or further out into the bay.

The staff is amazing... particularly Yusuf at the reception - extremely personable, attentive, friendly, and also speaks fluent English. The bartender (Suleyman) was great too, as well as the restaurant staff - most are always smiling and hospitable no matter the time of day, such as Berat. These are hard-working individuals who managed to somehow keep up their positive attitudes and excellent service making me feel welcomed.

The food was tasty (I only ate mostly the hot food items) and kept me full, although choices may be limited.

I went for the all-inclusive option, however, alcoholic drinks only limited to some spirits (mixing with soda, or you can mix it with a self-served juice machine), beer, and wine.
Others (ie. special drinks or cocktails), at the time of our stay in July 2017, were an extra charge. Note also that the beach bar and the ice cream vendor located at the corner of the resort and promenade (by the beach) are separate and private businesses, and so is the Turkish Bath located in the hotel.

The room was comfortable enough and the AC worked efficiently.

Overall, absolutely no regrets nor complaints. The nearly week-long holiday was relaxing and all my needs were met. It is not a high-end resort, so don't expect it to compare with other higher-end or larger all-inclusive resorts. But I had found some of the food was surprisingly good for my tastes, and the staff really made it an all-around good stay!
