Vinoth_Manoharanon 31/08/2017 15:07Pretty old property, decently managed. Rooms and toilets are clean. you get water 24X7. Break fast was good. Tried few dishes in the dinner.A bit costly when compared to the quality. Few dishes were extremely spicy. Staffs are very friendly and the property is 4 KM from Munnar town.
Relax in the cool mist
ansafmmmon 29/08/2017 10:31It was our second visit in different season. Really loved the peaceful calm and cool atmosphere, specially the cool monsoon wind blowing to chill us keep refreshed. We took whole time we spent to relax in that environment. Kids enjoyed the rain as well. A small trekking down the mountain was also good, not so rough. Restaurant served us delicious food to meet our tastes.
All staffs were extremely hospitable and friendly.
Great Destination to submerge into Natures Lap

An excellent destination for rejuvenation.Front Desk staff Mr Rohit Thakur, Mr Richard and Mr Benjamin portrayed a true hospitality in attending us and extended a very warm reception on our arrival. We stayed in Villa Suite which is very tidy and provides with mesmerizing view of plush. Restaurant Staff Alex and Ravi needs a very special mention for their cheerful attention in meeting guest needs while our stay. The best thing what we liked was location and the serene view. We positively recommend Blackberry Hills for stay.
Nature Lovers Paradise - Peace, Great food & view

The place is exactly as they say and much more.. They truly show you how good anyone can be at hospitality and how you can protect nature no matter how much the world changes. I am going to write this in two parts, first about the resort and then about staff at this place.
Welcome drink of amazing herbs, golf cart ride to your villa, total privacy from any villa, mesmerizing view of the valley from your balcony and tall french windows, peace, tranquil, music of so many birds you'd never hear in a city, red haired bulbuls singing, butterflies, bees, so many fireflies in the night, fog covering your entire villa in daylight, campfire at nights, spa, cycling, treks and a lot more..
Room was an amazing wooden villa next to a fruit tree, complete as shown in pictures with a balcony and a huge swing in the room.
They have an awesome Spa.. go for it. There are many free activities happening, we took the trek downhill and it was memorable , you will get unadulterated experience in the tea gardens unlike the popular Top Station.
Exhaustive variety of veg and non veg food.,, they spoil you with food literally.. Breakfast is a killer with more options than anyone can eat.. when you have warm keralian delicacies sitting by the british style cottage with cool breeze coming from the valley it feels lucky to be here.. You can borrow any books from the library, or roam around to see the pineapple, strawberry plantations they have..
Staff is just great, they work in so much detail and so humble and warm , always there to make your stay better than best, the chefs gave you a great service, and the small little personal touches that you add really makes it special. we really appreciate teh way they have maintained the place and kept it so open for nature lovers to explore and enjoy.. Big thank you for making our stay wonderful !
Heaven on Earth
Rizwan Aon 16/08/2017 09:52Had the most peaceful and relaxing time at Blackberry Hills Retreat and Spa, with the whole Family... There were 8 of us and took 3 cottages... Pure bliss!
Would definitely recommend this lovely place...
