Overall, our stay at Blessings by the Beach was wonderful. Paul, Candace, and her sister were all wonderful hosts. The house is beautifully decorated and feet from the beach and downtown area. They were incredibly accommodating and made our stay feel very special by offering a "happy hour", snacks to go, and flexibility in our stay. If you prefer a little more privacy, a beautiful second floor balcony lets you have your delicious morning meal in peace. The rooms were beautiful, although a little cramped upstairs (the Sanctuary is very big--likely worth the extra cost!). Also, wi-fi reception upstairs is extremely spotty. Frankfort is a beautiful, little town and Paul and Candace have made their terrifically located B&B a great spot to stay. I would definitely return for a second time.

The name "Blessings by the Beach" describes this B&B experience entirely. Wake up to fresh brewed coffee and breakfast only feet away from Lake Michigan. Paul and Candace are friendly and attentive hosts; making the stay at the home pleasant while providing ideas to explore the Frankfort area. They have an adorable, sweet dog, Kia, that will melt any dog lover's heart. The prime location allows easy access to shopping, cafes, beach lounging, bicycle rides down the trail. Did I mention they provide bicycles and beach chairs to their guests? Overall "Blessings By the Beach" made my vacation to a new place feel like walking into a second home for the first time.

Blessings is a beautiful house only steps from the beach. The furnishings and decorating provide a comfortable and relaxing beach place to kick back and relax. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Candace and Paul anticipate your needs while being unintrusive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the big front porch in between our biking, kayaking, site seeing and beach activities. We will return.

It was our first time staying at a B&B and with no experience choosing one I just saw the adorable picture of the house on the site and said "this is the one". We were overjoyed upon arrival. The Sanctuary is a lovely room, the home is decorated wonderfully and the hosts, Candace, Paul and Kia are very nice! My one regret is we didn't have more time! We loved the closeness to town, very walkable, the lovely restaurants, and the short walk to the beach! We fell in love with the town of Frankfort and the surrounding areas. We will be back for sure!

Truly a blessing to stay at this beautiful home by the beach!

My family and I rented the entire B&B July 3-10. The owners show tremendous pride of ownership, the home was spotless and beautifully decorated. A full home rental includes 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everyone had their own areas for privacy when sleeping, you couldn't really hear anyone else moving around the house from the bedrooms. The common areas were beautiful; we loved hanging out on the covered front porch and in the sunroom. When you rent the entire home breakfast is not included, but you get complete use of the kitchen, which had every amenity you could possibly need. There is laundry on site as well.
One of the best things about this beautiful home is the location. It is literally only steps to the beach! It's also only a short walk to Main Street, which is where you'll find all of Frankfort's best shops and restaurants.
I would definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful B&B and would absolutely stay here again!
