Now I feel ripped off too...
marinasp2017on 18/04/2017 13:25We only stayed for a night before going to Saint-Tropez. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We paid 89euros for the night, which I thought that it was ok but then I saw that the rooms are normally priced around 65 euros per night...
There is no parking.
Ripped off!
Stephen Hon 06/09/2016 12:47Firstly it was extremely overpriced, we think they inflated the price because they knew the hotel next door was full. Doing a search on booking.com revealed much cheaper prices for equivalent days of the week. The desk clerk was very gruff and inflexible. Had we known, we could have found a similar price in the heart of St Tropez.
The 'superior' room they gave us was far from it, it was dirty, having not been hoovered properly, the bathroom carpet was tacky to walk on, the tiles around the sink were filthy and there was no shower curtain.
The flush sometimes won't stop until you press it several times.
Their are no electric outlets near the bed.
The brown bedspread felt grubby and the maid didn't come round until the afternoon to clean, just when we wanted to chill for a couple of hours.
Outside on the landing the carpet was filthy and stained, the hallway smelled musty, some of the lights didn't work and on occasion it was quicker to climb the four flights of stairs than wait for the tiny lift.
In short, they inflated the price because they could, the hotel is dirty and poorly decorated and the staff are not nice.
Oh yes, breakfast is €14 when you can get it for half the price in the cafe across the road.
Secure parking seems to be provided some distance from the hotel.
Had they charged a more realistic rate (I would have not expected to pay more than €60 a night...we were charged twice that) a poor review may not have been necessary.
Do yourselves a favour and book into the Ibis, it's cheaper and has a pool...and parking!

Jessy_chason 27/09/2015 12:14I took this hotel for 65€ by night with a little supplement for a small dog.In the end at my checkout they asked me 20€ more for the dog and 14€ for a simple breakfast and I was impossible find a solution for this inconvenient because the man in reception was not nice. Total 1day: 103€
I wanna spend a good word only for the blondie woman working in reception the day before. Super cool.
One night stop over....Problematic
RALDO7on 09/09/2015 22:47I was delighted to find this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and welcome from the receptionist when we checked in at 9pm the other night. The room was very clean with a fridge/bar in the room and a spacious clean bathroom. Our problem occured when opening the curtain to allow some air into the room the pole came clean away from the wall, we informed reception in the morning who came to see and apologised profusely. 2 hours later 100 euro was deducted from our credit card without authorisation and a trip back to the hotel to "discuss" the matter further was unacceptable. Only when we said we wanted a police statemant for fraudilent use of a credit card did they back down and give us the refund.
Coup de cœur
manix21on 21/06/2015 22:34We are regular visitors to Saint Tropez and we love staying in Bliss hotel. Value for money is excellent for the region. The hotel is in an great location with less than 15 min drive to pampelonne beach. The staff is very pleasant, the breakfast adequate and the room clean and comfortable. No pb to park on site. We would definitely come back again, as it is a warm and friendly hotel. We would highly recommend thoroughly to anyone looking for accommodation in Saint Tropez. Pure bliss and a warm thanks to the owner that runs it.
