What People are saying

Great Location, but..........a lot of noise!

scoops272017 on 21/11/2017 11:42

First of all the positives:
1. Great Location in Temple Bar
2. Clean, comfortable room with a bath.
3.Hotel not huge.
The not so positives:
1. Hotel really needs to get sound proofing. Noise from Club M really annoying. Can put up with other visitors coming and going in hotel corridors but Club M and hotel should do more to limit noise.
2: Hotel a bit over priced for what you get.

Great Area

Roxy D on 20/11/2017 10:25

The hotel is in the Temple Bar neighborhood of Dublin which is conveniently located next to just about everything! Being from the U.S. the rooms are comparatively very small. It was very noisy during the week due to construction down the street and it's also noisy on Fridays and Saturdays due to the M Club downstairs which is tons of fun by the way. I am not complaining about the shortcomings though, it's not every day that I get to travel to Ireland!

Superb Location!!
The hotel is definitely not a 5 start, I give it a 3 only because of location. The beds were terrible, curtain mildew, dated but the bathroom was fairly clean... like I said location!

Noisy

James B on 19/11/2017 09:25

We were on the 5th floor and on the other side of the hotel from the club, it was still very loud at night, luckily we had ear plugs with us. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The bath was very small and difficult to use and I'm only 5ft 6.

Very Very Noisy Building Site

Joes B on 16/11/2017 22:06

Stayed here on Monday night the 13th November.

We had a twin room at a rate of 109€ , booking.com and hotels.com had rates of 79€ and 69€ on the same day for this property. We had booked in advance so could not change. Never book this property in advance as I have notice they do have drastic price drops if rooms not sold.

They are currently working on the old central Bank , directly at the back of this hotel , work started at 6am and woke me from my sleep. I did manage to go of again thank god for another few hours. But it was quiet noisy over all.

WiFi was brutal on the 3rd Floor I ended up using my own 4g for the entire stay.

Location wise this hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar and close to all the big shops and amenities best thing about it.

Shower 🚿 was Luke warm at best the next morning.

Wouldn’t be in a rush back , plenty better value around.

The free glass of beer on check in was a nice Touch.
