Amazing location and experience!
RoseTroy3on 28/06/2017 17:19We went to this amazing boutique hotel for our spring break in late March. I thought I had already left a review so many of the details of this place I may have forgotten. On a positive note, that means all the little annoying things that always happen on vacations are no longer part of my memory! First thing to recommend about this place is the location. There aren't many hotels directly on Orient Bay and this one was just behind a beach bar, so it took about 1 -2 minutes to get to the beach. If you walk on the beach at night, you can't go in directly behind Wakiki Beach because it is locked at night. Use the boardwalk closest to La Playa for walking at night.
Another positive aspect of the location of this hotel is its proximity to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It is a 3-6 minute stroll to the village where all these places are. You are also in the middle of Orient Bay with the subdivision/condo area of Mt. Vernon to the west and the nudist resort Orient Bay Resort to the east.
The structure of this hotel is unique. All the rooms have a view of the hillside and if you are in the 3rd floor, you have a small view of the sea. There are 5 connecting building to this hotel. Each section has 5 rooms, 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second, and one room on the third floor.

It's perfectly located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with many delicious restaurants in walking distance. Patricia and the rest of the staff were lovely and helpful. It was a great week. Will stay there again and suggest you do too!

Well equipped kitchenette, ice machine outside.
Great pool area.
Helpful staff arranged a hire car for me. Free sunbeds included at sister beach bar.
No complaints at all.
Seriously thinking of booking again.
Fantastic stay at Blue Bay Beach Hotel
Steven Jon 15/05/2017 17:51We just returned from an awesome 10 day stay at Blue Bay Beach Hotel. Our 3rd floor balcony provided us with views some of the most incredible sunrises we have every seen as well as a relaxing area to enjoy late afternoon or evening cocktail while listening to the ocean and feeling the warn evening breeze.
Our room and the grounds were kept very clean by a pleasant hotel staff and Patricia and Don at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful providing us with many great suggestions and tips during our stay.
Our room had a king bed, small kitchen area with good size mini fridge, no ice, but there is a machine outside the reception area, and nice bathroom with a good size shower. Free Wifi was adequate and the TV had almost 200 channels.
There is a small pool and nice lounging accessed either directly from ground floor units or through a secure gate that is open 24/7.
Blue bay Beach Hotel has a short pathway from the ocean side edge of the hotel property that is just steps away from Orient Beach and easy access to both the Waikiki and La Playa beach bars.
The many fine restaurants at Orient Village are just another minute walk from that access point or from the main roadway at the front of the hotel. There is plenty of free parking in front of the hotel if you have a rental car.
There is also a small shopping area which includes Petit Casino, a small store with groceries, including beverages and duty free liquor. And also Yellow Sub, part restaurant, part French bakery, which is our favorite place on Orient Beach for breakfast and casual evening dining with local music on Thursdays nights.
This trip to St Martin was the most relaxing vacation that my wife and I have had in years and the staff at Blue Bay Beach Hotel had a lot to do with that.
Thank you and we hope to return for another week to ten days next year.
very central location on the quiet french side
Fred189on 09/05/2017 20:34Nice rooms with small but good kitchen. Beach just 2 minutes walking ! Freshly baked croissants ( and supermarkt) on 3 minutes. Car rental at very helpfull hotel next door. Car arrived within 10 minutes after a phonecall. Dive center bubbles at the beach was closed but dive center scuba zen about 10 minutes driving by car in anse marcel marina was very Good. Hotel reception answered questions but was not very helpfull
