Great for a short visit
MeBlondeon 05/06/2017 05:23This was my second time here and I was in the newer tower this time which is better than the older tower. Check in was easy and the room was very nice but my one complaint is there is no tub in the bathroom. Since I am not a shower person this is a small problem for me. I did note rates are higher on the weekend. Indiana is in Central Time Zone and I had to go to Saint Joseph Michigan which is in the Eastern time zone so figuring out the time I had to leave Blue Chip was a little tricky but I did it and was proud of myself! I still like the fact that the Blue Chip in Indiana and the Four Winds in Michigan are close, less than a half hour so if you have time you can go to both. Everyone at the hotel and casino are very nice. Would stay there again.

amandasU892QOon 04/06/2017 01:25My boyfriend and I stayed twice in May. We had a great time, eating, swimming, and gambling! The beds are super comfy! The rooms are very nice too. Nice and private. We can't wait to stay again in June! The restaurants have great food and drinks. The staff is very nice. I loved that the pool is open till midnight as well. I won $210 on a slot machine, it made my night! The gift shop is nice as well!

Kyle Con 25/05/2017 07:28Spa Blu was amazing. Couples full body massage was 50 mins long well worth the price. Hot tub and Steam room to relax in before and after massage so take your swim suit! Stay one night. Nice rooms good times.
Worst food ever
marshallpropcb2on 21/05/2017 14:26Worst buffet experience ever!!! Do not eat at Blue Chip casino . I'm thankful i was able to get a refund. The only good thing there was the friendly staff and that is it . The food was Gross. I know my buffets and how lemon pie is supposed to taste and i know it's not supposed to taste chunky same with the mousse i know it's not supposed to taste sour and have chunks in it . The ham was so dry it tasted like pork jerky . I could go on about each item i got... Just stay away from the BLUE CHIP CASINO buffet
Mother's Day Trip
dianer147on 17/05/2017 12:43Booked handicap room, online, for Mother's Day evening. Checked in with very competent, friendly staff. At registration the clerk acknowledged we ordered a handicap room and it was on the first floor. The problem I encountered wasn't the room or the staff, it was the location of the room. From check in, we had to walk down a hallway, into the entrance of the casino, down another hallway, take a right, go up a ramp, past a seating area, then down another hallway to our room. My Mother is 90 with very bad knees. I would think the hotel could have offered a much closer room if it was marked handicap. Overall, our stay was nice, the room was very clean & comfortable (except for the above mention), everyone was friendly & courteous.
