scary

old dirty , traveling on a 5 week trip and by far the worst room encountered. dirty shower, soap is on the wall like an old gas station. Slept with my clothes and shoes on. window would not close, screen broken. someone drove thru the front of a room 2 doors down, guess they did not like the service. there is no way that this motel should be on bookings.com

Was a little scared but it turned into a GREAT stay !

We stayed here last minute with 2 families traveling w/2 kids each. Originally we booked online, but when I called to confirm Jimmy gave us a much better deal. So, we cancelled our hotels.com reservations and saved $84 between the two rooms.

Now when we arrived our room was great! My sister's was awful! It was right next door and smelled so musty and terrible... dirty carpet and... ugh. We asked Jimmy to move and he immediately accommodated our request. Turns out they are remodeling room by room and the room they were originally given was 1 of 2 left to be updated. Makes sense.

Overall our experience was great for the value, rooms ended up being clean, quiet, and beds were sorta comfy. I would stay here again- mostly because of how nice the manager Jimmy was to our party.

Lovely One Night Stay

Stayed here as part of a Hwy 101 road trip and was surprised at how nice the room was. Clean and comfy. Arrived late, slept great and was off again in the morning. I would stay here again. I believe that they upgraded our room at the last minute, but I am unsure why - maybe because we arrived so late in the evening. I'm not complaining.

You get what you pay for

Sign out front says veterans welcome, don't believe it! They are remodeling rooms but it's so they can charge more than everyone else. When this was run by Laurie the bottom line was about people. Now the bottom line is $$$ only. They're going to realize just how bad they've screwed up come this winter when this place is empty. I'm a veteran and believe me we are not welcome here. Go to Wild Rivers Motel, American owned and operated. I'm serious, sleep in your car before you stay here, dirty, stinky and stained.
