This was the first time we've stayed at a Bed and Breakfast and we can't say enough good things about it. It was very clean, warm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfasts were great as well as the evening snacks and the scenery was just beautiful. The location was perfect; close to Dollywood as well as everyplace we visited. You could walk the premises, sit on the front porch, lay in the hammock, read in the different sitting areas or go downstairs to the TV room and watch a dvd. It was very relaxing and comfortable.

We had a lovely visit here. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. We especially loved the dessert hour. The peach cobbler was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful. We could tell that this is really a labor of love for the owners and service is in their hearts. We will stay there again if we ever go back that way.

Wonderful B&B only minutes from Dollywood. Jason and Kolette, who offer superb hospitality, run a great B&B with a marvelous porch and outstanding breakfast! Convenient to Dollywood and Sevierville, the B&B is tucked away and very quiet. Furnishings are all different in every room and the B&B was very clean with the rooms being comfortable and tidy. If you are looking for a small, quiet, very nicely furnished establishment with great hospitality, you have found the place! I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful and personalized experience!

Like coming home

This was the wife and mine second visit. They treat you like royalty. Great freshly made breakfast. They do everything to make your visit like coming home and it is just that. Conveniently located to all attractions but far enough away to have complete relaxation at the end of a busy day. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Peaceful & serene

We travel to Pigeon Forge area often, and have stayed in several of the 'luxury cabins' in the area. This was our very first experience at a bed and breakfast, and we were impressed! There is a main house, and a few cottages on the property. Hubby and I stayed 2 nights in the lady slipper cottage for a quick weekend getaway, and we look forward to coming back again. All who stay at this property are invited to breakfast, but our first morning they delivered our breakfast to our cottage door in a basket, hot and ready to eat! (This is optional.) The second morning we ate breakfast with everyone else in the main house and both breakfast were absolutely delicious! They also serve amazing, fresh baked, homemade desserts, coffee and drinks in the evening. We grabbed a dessert and spent some peaceful moments on the beautiful front porch at the main house. There is a spa next door and we enjoyed a couples massage there, which was very possibly the most relaxing I have ever had! Our little cottage was cute, just the right size with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette, and had a porch with a swing & rockers. We sat outside and listened to nature late one evening, which was very serene. We loved walking around the property snapping photos of the garden areas and mountains in the distance. This place is just a few minutes from the parkway. We cant wait to go back again. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that hubby would have preferred to have a hot tub at the cottage, but there are none available here.
