Very nice place just outside city

I was looking for place outside city for my 10th Anniversary and found this one with deal which included everything from Mumbai to Mahabelashwar and back. On the entry it looks like some un-structured place but actually speaking it was a good experience overall. The staff was good, friendly and on complains I had they responded very fast. I like the concept they have used for Suite rooms. I will like to visit them again when I visit Mahabelashwar next time.

Waste of money dirt place !

Rooms are not clean, broken mirror, dirty bed bugs linen, no toilet seats, no shower, late check in timings, rooms are not available on arrival, Laundry service is poor, room service not available, no land phones available for room service, walk personally to the reception, arrogant staff.
Please do not visit or stay. My suggestion & best place is to stay in Market areas.

I booked this hotel for last week. The rooms are very dirty and the service of hotel is also poor quality. I have to remind again and again for small things.

Food quality is very very poor...

The receptionist is very arrogant, not supportive and they don't have the value of customers.

As per my experience, I suggest DO NOT BOOK in blue park hotel even for free of cost.

We visit this place in the starting of July to enjoy the rain!!! The first thing swami tour😈 first problems in the seating arrangement of the bus we where 36 member n they given only 30 sites. When we reach early there there was problems in giving rooms we have book 12 room n there where given 11. After that when we ask for the hot water they said it will come between 7 to 10. It's okk some hotels gives for few hours### but at that time also no hot water came so we ask to the management they said it will come wait but no hot water come for 3 days. Than what to say about there food same things in lunch n dinner nothing special n when we ask to make sandwich they said u make it we will give you the material😈😈 what that's thing we r in hotel or in a Dharamshala!!!
N second day we ask to make Chinese he said we never have made chinese we will never make it!!# we are here from 15 year and we never mad anything special for anyone if you want to stay here then stay😈😈😨😢

We visited this place in the hot momth of may 2016 to escape summer heat of mumbai...the weather was too good at this time in mahabaleshwar ...it was literally foggy ...this place has only cottage systems ...no typical rooms ...so it gives u a very nostalgic feel...and very much close to the nature...the resort is located in between the lush greenery ..but those ppl aiming for getting luxurious treatment during holidays then this place is not for you...it has a simple room with simple bed and lcd tv...and huge open area and a garden...you can play cricket ,badminton, Frisby ..which are provided from there only...the nature lovers can try this place....horse riding is also available at the resort itself with charge...food was also good...the rooms are neat and clean and so is the outside area...the staff is also cooperative....during our stay a magic show was also arranged one night ...the market is located at a 1-1.5km distance from the hotel...away from the market hassles ...
