We stayed there the last week in September . It was a quiet time but we were impressed with all the resort had to offer. Activities such as fishing, miniature golf, children's playground, basketball court, etc. The unit was nice. Not ultra modern but clean and in good repair. The location is great for trips on the Blue Ridge Parkway and many interesting places to visit in that area. We would recommend this resort to our family and others.

The facilities were very good in almost all aspects. Parking is limited and slopes a bit, but it is in the mountains. Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade (i.e. a good skillet). Check in was quick, but the drive to the unit is tricky the first time. Use their map. We spent six nites here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

it is dated, but our unit was very comfortable, clean, and in working order. their wifi is the worst of the many time share resorts we have visited. it seldom worked, and the staff was indifferent. they laid it on being in the mountains, or the weather, or just intermittent service. and, the fitness center is a joke. i am 70 and their equipment is 1/2 as old as i am. they do not keep the termperature controlled properaly, and it smells. again, the staff was clueless. nice indoor pool. convenient to boone, banner elk, grand father mountain, and blowing rock. probably ski season is their peak. would go back in fall as leaves are turning.

We've stayed here each year for the past 4 years. Units are nicely themed, and clean. And having a full kitchen, and laundry within the unit is very nice. On site amenities include an indoor pool, tennis courts, mini-golf, and stocked lake with paddleboats.

Blue Ridge Village is absolutely the best and is our accommodation of choice when we visit the mountains. Convenient, clean, well-maintained...you could not ask for more. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated--rustic themes with a modern flare. Visit during cooler temps to enjoy the gas log fireplace! Enjoy a walk around the pond or hop on board a paddle boat. The indoor pool with hot tub and sauna is open until midnight. Best of all amenities is the warm friendliness of the staff. We arrived late and were escorted to our suite by not one but two security guards who checked out the rooms. We had a wonderful weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!
