Allen is a gem!
IDG123on 22/08/2017 15:28I arrived at the motel after a long day of riding and horse care at the Valinor Adult Eventing Camp, looking forward to a shower only to discover that I had booked the wrong weekend when I made the reservation months ago. My heart sank at the thought of living out of my horse trailer for the weekend. It was high season and a weekend so I never imagined that there would be an open room.
Allen must have seen my reaction and quickly said that he would see what he could do to take care of me so that I would not have to sleep in a horse trailer. He found a room, though slightly larger and more expensive than the one I reserved, and booked it for me at the same price as my other reservation. He knew that I was a return customer and was incredibly kind to forgo my mistake and make sure I was comfortable for the weekend.
Thank you, Allen!! This kind of customer service is rare and I really appreciate how caring and understanding you were.
Motel Highway
Herstory_62on 10/07/2017 21:24Why anyone would chose to stay in historic Plymouth at a motel across from a shopping center & at the edge of a noisy busy highway with rooms like cells and barely enough space to walk around & nowhere near the beach beats me! Add to the charm a bathroom the size of a closet & a leaky shower the size of a phone booth. While some good news is there is a small pool, the bad news is it was filled with noisy kids, several running around shooting water pistols at each other, while jarring music blared from a loudspeaker. At least there is a small adequate breakfast buffet, which you can enjoy outdoors at a table at the edge of the parking lot.
A great getaway!
Louweeg63on 08/07/2017 16:54We arrived early as we like too. We were greeted by very friendly staff, found out also an owner. He was able to put us in a room early. Then help us with suggestions of places to eat and points of interest. All of which were great. The entire staff was friendly and rooms are kept clean.
Continental breakfast was a great start to our day. Plenty to choose from and always fresh.
I have nothing bad to say about our stay.

Barry Don 06/07/2017 02:48Friendly greeting. Room was small but clean. Perfect for my stay and a good value. Continental breakfast was included which was very helpful before I checked out. Located within walking distance to a restaurant/pub.
Awesome Hotel
Alison Hon 02/07/2017 01:50We just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful little hotel. It reminded me of the motels that we stayed in when I was a child . It was so clean. The rooms were large and the towels were so fluffy. Breakfast
was included in the very reasonable rate. They offered cereal, bagels, toast, home baked muffins and banana bread.There was also a variety of meats, cheeses, juices and coffee. The two owners were extremely nice and were so helpful with suggestions for our day trips. I would highly recommend the Blue Spruce Hotel and will return if we visit Plymouth again.
