A Pleasant Stay with Cordial Staff
Venky Kon 26/08/2017 21:04Meaning of 'cordial' comes to experience with BlueWaters Cherai hotel staff. Sandeep and Nimmy are all time cooperative and they go beyond to fulfill your requests so that your stay is pleasant. Every other staff member gives similar experience.
Food was good, and there is an area for improvement in placing more south indian varieties. Rooms are clean and Sea facing rooms are too good. Decent continental breakfast is appreciated.
It is a happy stay hotel and worth staying upon revisit .

Rooms are clean with good ambience. We are served with tasty food which can be rated at 4 out of 5.
You have a very good Lawn, Swimming pool on the river shore. Kids has a play area. Families and kids can definitely enjoy with some play activities.
The negative part is, we expected to have a good beach resort. Beach opposite to the hotel is not clean and tidy. It is not in the control of the hotel management. You may walk 0.5 Kms further, there the beach was good in
Lovely hotel and facilities
Heathergupta05on 12/08/2017 11:28I didn't stay here but attended at conference here. Staff were wonderful, food was good (could have been even better though) and massage was very relaxing. The place is clean and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this place.
