Great central location.
Stephen Gon 12/05/2017 06:17Stayed 4 nights in a self catering 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely sunrise and sunsets from our large balcony overlooking the marina. Full security building and under cover parking. Very good value when compared to other options offering a motel room for similar rates. Very central to shopping, food and local attractions. Can't wait to go back.
Great Harbour view - quite a drive to the beach
viv Hon 24/04/2017 11:47Rented one of the 3 bedroom penthouses over Easter weekend. Great pool area and handy underground, allocated parking. Penthouse unit was fully self contained with a balcony overlooking the harbor. Lovely quiet resort.
Positives - modern unit, good pool and gym facilities, short walk to Kwinana Waters pub, bottle shop and 10-15 minute walk to shopping centre.
Negatives - located in a commercial area and a 15 minute drive to beach. also, apartments are non smoking but people smoke on the balcony so you do get second hand smoke which chased us back inside.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with excellent water views.
The biggest to tv that I have ever seen.
Close to shops, transport, restaurants.
Rooms are modern, with full kitchen and ducted air conditioning. The property is gated by security tag entry. With a undercover allocated car space.
There is a gym and swimming pools on site. I would imagine that these apartments are busy over the Christmas holidays.
Overall it's a great place to stay , secure, close to amenities.
A hidden gem, would recommend to anyone who is looking for the whole package.
Special shout out to Kevin (manager) his local knowledge was very helpful and valuable.
Would stay here again.

ajsteen2016on 21/02/2017 05:32Spacious penthouse 3 bedroom unit with extra deck on top. Unit is great for self sufficient stay & has a pleasant outlook with the view of the marina. Facilities include pool & gym.
Top spot to share with another couple.

Ziggi4217on 19/02/2017 02:43Having visited the Sunshine Coast for many years and staying in a variety of accommodation, this trip was a first to this part of the town, and I will definitely be coming back. The apartments are spacious and well fitted, however our particular one lacked some maintenance and provisions, but will put that down to the individual owners own taste. It was during a very hot period, and whilst the air conditioning is very welcome, it was highly annoying that it is set to cut out after 2 hours - not so good for a pleasant night's sleep. Simple solution - add some pedestal fans to the bedrooms. This location is more suited to people travelling with a vehicle, as the beaches are a good 15 minutes walk, but an easy drive to Kawana and nearby Point Cartwright, which is a hidden gem and mainly locals area. Huge shopping centre 5 minutes away. Very nice pool although the building caters for a lot of residents rather than holiday makers, which makes for a more peaceful and pleasant environment.
