Amazing welcoming staff, Great Hotel, Fabulous holiday

We stayed for 2 weeks with our 3 small children. Extremely child friendly. Beautiful private beach. We were there for the earthquake, and the staff were amazing, the management all came into the hotel in the early hours to reassure and support all guests. Big thank you to Maya and Miriam in guest relations, the reception team and Manur in the restaurant. You made our holiday experience even better than expected. This hotel was a five star experience. The spa is fantastic and child friendly- the whole family enjoyed a Turkish bath- the kids had strawberry massage oil and a chocolate face mask!! There's even a 24 hours doctor onsite for those little accidents- which we needed for our 8 year old! We will definitely be returning, food and restaurants excellent, loads to do onsite, from a water park to archery and a 5 minutes taxi ride into Bodrum. Eddie's pool side Zumba sessions are not to be missed!

Of course Turkish 5 stars aren't the same as you get in UK or in the States, but this is nothing comparing to dozens of positive emotions Had gotten there. Checking into the hotel was 10 of 10 possible - a few minutes and I got a key. There are three different locations for living: cottages with different kinds of rooms; main block and Anex rooms. Cottages are nice and quiet, but you have to be ready to climb every day up and down the hill to get the main pool, sea or restaurant; mail block - has elevator to get to the mail pool & restaurant area))); Anex rooms - right under the main pool and I heard lots of negative reviews about that, BUT as for me best place as very close to main activities (sea, pool, restaurant, etc.) and only if you have nervous disease or came just to sleep with open doors that isn't yours. As the territory of the hotel is on the mountainous district your everyday routes will be up and down, be ready, but that's healthfully isn't it? Own beach, perfectly clean sea, three pools, green and clean territory! Food: tasty and good choice! Never complained during my two weeks: meat, fish, vegetables and fruits - all you need to satisfy your stomach;-) Local alcohol wasn't a reason of a headache or any other problems, but of course depends on you and your sense of proportion))) BUT THE BEST I MET IN THIS HOTEL IS THE ANIMATION TEAM!!! They are gorgeous, friendly, funny, cute, energizing, smart and finally sexy:-) They really made our holidays!

Went to bodrum holiday resort last year - very last minute and relatively cheap as all inclusive for me and my daughter.
We absolutely loved every minute of it.
Amazing friendly staff and entertainment staff.
Very clean and beautiful views. We're planning on going back as soon as possible. Reliable transport into bodrum on the mini bus and couldn't of met nicer people.

A huge thumbs up for the great animation team of Gino and a special thanks to the animator Eddie. A great handsome guy, who was very kind to us.
The service, food and housekeeping are relatively good in this hotel. We would certainly return to this hotel for its animation !

The rooms were clean every day. The personnel is friendly and make sure to help you and understand you in every situation. The hotel's situation is perfect. It is a little bit isolated from everything but accessible. It is very easy to go visiting the centrum of Bodrum. The beach is clean and peace and quiet. Lots of animation all day long. Lovely person we have met, namely Eddie, one of the animators. The animation is great at night too. An overall good holiday with its little negative points. Perfect for families.
