I can't say enough about our rep Gavin he was absolutely amazing without a shadow of a doubt the best one I've ever met I love him he couldn't do enough for us going to miss him when we get home wish I could bottle him and bring him out on most of my rainy days. Now the hotel staff amazing they work tirelessly say in and day out the only thing I would say is they need a beach bar would make like so easy when you need a drink. I loved the boy who made my chocolate ice cream every day his smiley face really good with the public. My last note is keep Gavin his truly worth his weight in gold xxxxx going to miss you all x

Lovely family holiday

Came to this hotel 3rd of August for a week, food really good I'm quite a fussy eater and I found even for me there was a good choice on offer,pizza for snack very good although could add maybe chips,ice creams good as was from 12.30-9.30 visited turkey before and only get ice creams for 3 hours of the day so kids loved that,paid extra for a 2 bed family room and was so worth it as really spacious,crazy mike a credit to the hotel with his daily activities
Never seen as many people ever take part in water aerobics as I did here along with Zumba,pool was amazing was so warm spent most of the week in there with the kids,hotel is a little out the way but you can grab a dolmus from outside the hotel which we did and went into Bodrum for the day 5 lira each person each way,all in all had a brilliant week if there was anything that I could say could do with slight improvement it would be the cleaning standards found it pretty poor in to comparison to other places I've visited but didn't bother us to much as you don't go on holiday to spend it in your room,would defiantly return for the right price

Fab family holiday at a fantastic hotel

The Bodrum imperial hotel is a fabulous holiday destination for families and couples. The hotel was immaculately clean, provided good service and fantastic food for all. The food was absolutely amazing with an excellent array to choose from and catered for all to include children, allergies and food intolerances. We were lucky enough to experience a wide range of theme nights in the restaurant to include Mexican, Chinese, Italian and Turkish themed nights. We went to the Asian a la carte resturant which was out of this world. The animation team were great and especially mad mike they did a range of different activities throughout the day to cater for adults and kids and myself and my children took part in Zumba, tia chi and volleyball. The rooms were clean spacious and excellent presented with fridges in both rooms replenished with water daily. My children loved being able to go off and have an ice cream throughout the day!!! Which believe me was more than once. The sea was safe and worthy of its blue flag award. We did the fun and sun trip via the Thompson rep which was an amazing experience for the whole family and was excellent value for money. I was lucky enough to visit the spa for a magnificent Turkish bath which was wonderful and excellent value for money and believe me a truly relaxing experience.
The only improvement required was drink service with your evening meal this is not a negative for me but may be for others. Thank you to Cermel and his team we had an excellent time at your beautiful hotel.

Fantastic 2 week holiday!!

Just came back from a fantastic 2 week family holiday!! This hotel has absolutely everything you need from great staff to ice creams all day 😀

Food.. best food in an all inclusive we've ever had for both adults and children..would like to send a big thank you to Cihan, Alex and Baris for making us feel really welcome everyday at breakfast lunch and tea!

The al a carte restaurants were fabulous aswell a big thanks to Umit and Ramazan for going the extra mile with us! (Especially giving us the rice pudding 😀)

Entertainment.... well what can I say! What a fantastic team!! Crazy mike full of energy all day everyday with his aqua gym and Zumba. Ozzy always stopped to have a chat with the family trying to better his English which improved highly during our visit also entertained the children! Memo what a crazy guy so funny..we will highly miss the all!! Our favourite night was beach party night! The guys doing the acrobatic were fantastic (lifeguards!)

Room...perfect for what is needed..we had a bunk bed room perfect location right by the pool (4108) always clean and tidy

In general it was a very clean hotel with amazing staff and seeing the general manager cemal walking round speaking to everyone on a daily basis was fantastic! We are going to book again for next year!!!! 😀😀

Great place for summer holiday

Currently at this hotel and wonder what planet some people are on if they can find fault with this hotel.
Everything has been really good. From the room to the food and staff. There is nothing to find fault with. Special praise to the energy and entertainment provided by Mike with his crazy work out sessions in the pool. I've never seen so many guests participate in the aqua aerobics!!!

I can't believe I just read someone complaining the sea was cold!! Get a grip, really!!
