Good for one night stay

As we went to the Coldplay concert in veltins arena (Gelsenkirchen) we wanted to stay the night. We booked this room just to sleep and travel again the next morning. The room is small, a 2 personbed and a 1 person bunk. A sink, a table and tv, and that's it. If you are looking for comfort and luxe you should choose an other hotel but for our trip it was fine. The bed was actually not that bad. I've had worse nights in more expensive rooms. There are shared showers and toilets in the hallway. Breakfast was 5 euro per person, breads tea and sweets toppings for the bread.

Cheap and clean. Even shared showers are nice and have hot water. One minus is people - drinking and shouting all night. It is good for stay for one night beeing in travel. I really liked that I could check-in by myself using machine.

An Experience I Never Want to Have Again!

As a young single woman travelling alone, pulling up to the hotel with three unpleasant looking men standing outside, I felt incredibly unsafe. The man behind the reception was nice and was able to speak to me in English, he told me where my room was. As I walked up to my room, on the second floor, I came across several other men who looked at me in a way that made me uneasy. My room was fairly standard, not unpleasant as such just, dusty which made it feel unclean. I didn't leave my room for the whole of my stay, I left a day early. As part of the Accor Hotels group I was extremely disappointed by the hotel's level of quality, it was an experience I never wish to have again.

Cheap and Cheerfull

Not en-suite - take a dressing gown, but everything else was good. Rooms were small but perfectly adequate with a good sizes, comfy bed, whb and TV.
The continental breakfast for 4Euro was very good value and the reception staff very friendly.
We will definately use it next time we're in town.

no smoker

i was very glad that i could become a no smoker room. It would be good if you can indicate what you want during the internet-reservation. wifi was rather difficult to install, but people helped me at the desk.
