Been there for a week.
Hotel located very near the city center; close to the beach (< 10 min on foot).
Pool is big enough to have fun; really enjoyed the fact it was not a big hotel; no annoying tourists (the way you can find in most other hotels of the city - full of noisy russian/british).
Really recommand this hotel.

Only "problem" was lack of good free internet access (did not work during 2 days).
Meals in the hotel are average but good.

a great old building i would say from the 1950s well maintained and kept in good order many of the quality old fixtures still there , nice and cool due to its great ventilation comfortable beds and quiet location ensure a good nights sleep. the pool and surrounding garden is very nice and well kept offering both full sun and shaded areas. the hotel has only about 25 rooms so overcrowding is not a problem. the owner or his staff are always on site and its clear that he loves his hotel and values his guests and does all he can to make your stay enjoyable. only a short stroll from the lively part of town, a car is not essential, there are very few free parking places in lloret.

Great location, good price & better than a budget 5 story apartment block

Picked this stay over the internet with the photos selling it Vs an multi story apartment block. Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel but has all you need- including good breakfast buffet, friendly staff - who speak English, or enough to get by [ night porter looks/sounds a bit gruff but is ok] -nice size pool in garden [lawn could do with a more regular mow/hedges a clip for visual appeal & pump on periodically during the day...] room functional [bit tired] but a great balcony over looking great views. No aircon but that was fine- just opened the doors and closed them at night to stop traffic noise .... New owners for last 5 ish years. Good beer/cocktail prices to have out on the front relaxing area - a covered space- very nice. 5 mins from beach and shops and across road from supermarket. You pay for wifi and parking in front area but this is cheaper than in town and more convenient even if it is a squeeze. Would I stay again - yes, things to improve upon - not a major overhaul, just a tart and tidy up for visual and functional appeal [eg clip holding shower head broken but still usable, tv needed retuning if u turned it off but otherwise worked fine] - but all clean and comfortable and convenient.

Great little hotel

My wife and I were touring on our motorcycle and came across this little hotel on the outskirts of Lloret de mar. We didn't want to be in the centre of things so we booked into this hotel. The staff/owners were very helpful and nice without being overbearing. As I was on a motorcycle I only paid half price for parking. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel and although there is no air conditioning in the rooms there is plenty of through air with the windows open and it did not cause us a problem.the hotel has a bar and a very nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy a drink. The pool is lovely and as its only a small hotel never gets busy.
If you want to visit lloret but get away from the busy streets this is a great little hotel which is only a 5/7 minute walk to the beach and town. Highly recommended.

Arrived here on Wednesday 28 August at 01:00 am and there was a member of staff on reception, spoke only partly English adequate enough to get checked in. Breakfast is more aimed towards Spanish normal breakfast ..bread, cereal and ham. But still very nice bread! The room is very big and spacious. Ours had 3 single beds in, two were pushed together and were comfortable. Flat screen television is a bonus. Bathroom is simple but clean. Balcony is very big and very nice. The rooms are cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday aswell.
The hotel public area is very nice , the pool area is very quiet literally only me and my girlfriend round pool all day. The pool is a relative size to amount of people in hotel. The owner of the hotel worked through night and morning and he is very helpful, he speaks fluent English and couldn't of done any more for us if he tried! Was a great help. He is also bilingual and can speak a number of other languages. We loved out stay for the week and would go again! Also we didn't incur any problems that have been mentioned previously. Ants are on the grassy areas but not a huge number of them. Noise from the road wasn't a problem , we stayed in room 201 which was on the front of hotel and we slept fine every night. There's also a supermarket just across the road. Anyway I would defiantly recommend and even more so considering price!
