Great location, wonderful home.

This outstanding B&B is located right in the centre of the old town of Pisa. About a 15 mins walk from the rail station, which is just minutes from the airport. It is surrounded by a huge variety of shops, bars and cafe's. Walk to the tower in about 5 minutes.
On arrival we were welcomed by the owner who made us feel completly at home. The house has a number of independent appartments, we were in the one at the top. The interior was beautifully decorated to an authentic rustic Italian decor. Plenty of room, good bathroom, large kitchen and dining room. Very clean and fully stocked with plates, towels and everything you'd need for a very comfortable stay.

Being very central, you might get a bit of noise from the street below until the bars close, but obviously this isn't something the owner can antisipate or control. We stayed a single night and in spite of some crazyness happening outside we both slept very well.

In all we were extreamly happy with our brief stay. Very good value for money and we'd certainly stay here again.

Good B&B noisy but central wonderful garden &staff

Our room was looking the main street and it was awfully noisy whole night long. But the room was very clean and interesting with high ceilings, ornamental windows. Breakfast was OK, even superb. But main attraction is garden with a tortoise pool ! The garden is peacefull to enjoy a drink in the afternoon under Pisa sun. The tower and main street is within walking distance. If you are not looking for a peaceful night sleep very good and economic to stay.

Nice friendly B&B

Title says it really, great location friendly nice terrace for breakfast. The building is very old and ornate with high ceilings full of character.

Our room was en-suite and everything worked well. The lady was very helpful when we needed a taxi or any help.

Good Location but poor accomodation

We had difficulty finding this B&B which was in fact just a couple of large doors off the street which led into a stairwell containing bicycles and other things. Walked up the concrete stairs to a door that said "Bed and Breakfast" but didn't get any response to the 3 door bell rings. Walked up another flight of stairs to an apartment the door of which was answered by the owners husband who said we were right to enter via the B&B marked door. Finally the owner of the B&B "door" answered but was a bit abrupt as she said we hadn't arrived when we said we would. My husband and I had a large twin room but had to walk through the hallway containing the reception desk into a lounge area to where our "bathroom" was situated. The shower room was very small and shower tray not deep enough so all the water flooded the floor. The accommodation felt like it was one huge apartment that had been converted into a B&B and it was help yourself in the kitchen with other guests. There were a group of young people staying so it was quite noisy with their music playing. Our taxi was picking us next morning at 8 am but the owner said she couldn't do breakfast at that time so we delayed leaving for 25 minutes. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work for breakfast and hardly ate anything as we were so "fed up" with the whole experience of this below standard accommodation for 100 euros a night. Not value for money and would definitely not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right in Pisa central

Very friendly host, and a beautiful, romantic room in the centre of gorgeous Pisa, just a short stroll from restaurants, shops and, of course, the Leaning Tower. Clean throughout, gorgeous Italian bathroom, and big comfy beds. The breakfast was reasonable, though a little too sugary for our liking, but nonetheless, I'd stay again if we visit Pisa in future. Very reasonably priced, and so close to everything. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we'd stayed for longer to fully appreciate the city, and this magnificent B&B. Also, the host was happy for us to leave our bags there for the day, and even entrusted us with the key after we'd checked out to come back and get them later. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.
