We holidayed in a lovely (duplex) two-bedroom apartment with a self-catering unit (small kitchen totally equipped) - great surroundings of a lovely large Italian garden (very well kept, with al its lovely sounds and scents of lemon trees, wisteria and lilacs ...), sports facilities, two lovely sunny swimming pools (one has a side pool for small children) ... There's also a B&B-option (At the Sestilia House where you can take breakfast) and you can wine and dine at the Casa Masi, an exquisite restaurant. Close to Pisa and Firenze, you can also opt to visit the local and small 'francigene' medieval villages like Volterra, Certaldo and San Gemigniano. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The apartments are very clean and beautifully furnished - everything can be serviced upon request. Our last day we had a very late flight and we were welcome to stay in de garden and the B&B for as long as we wanted. Breakfast choice is very good - fresh ingredients, bread and a variety of cakes and fruits to choose from. A great thanks to the Masi family and all the service staff! We'd love to come back soon.
Awesome place- top notch hotel- the best staff
Mohammed Son 17/10/2016 19:29Throughout my stay in Italy I must say this hotel ranks among the best I have seen there the rooms and very spacious and super clean.. perfect for family. Kids play area and it houses one of the best restaurants in the area that gives this place an edge over any other hotel in this region.
You will not be disappointed when u stay here you. The staff here are exceptional and they truest show you what Italian hospitality is all about as they make sure everything is taken care off.
The restaurant is top notch with probably one of the best foods we have had in Italy. You need to book in advance though as the restaurant is quite popular IS is always full. The restaurant is closed on mondays though.
When u stay here you will not be disappointed.
Amazing property and service

The property has pool, playground, trees, small vineyard, olive trees, soccer field, volleyball field, the best restaurant in Tuscany and all with an excellent service and family ambient that makes you want to come back soon. The apartments are very well equipped and the location is perfect to visit Pisa, Florence, Siena (any three in 1 hour or less) and the Medieval town of San Gimignano (20min) while enjoying the Tuscany amazing views.
Completely recommended for anyone.
The Masi family and their staff is amazing!

You have the whole Tuscany in one spot - breath taking flowers, wine yard, trees. But in order to understand the real spirit of the place You have to stay at main building - it was created with people full in love with each other and wanting to share their wonderful life with the others. It is must visit
