Beautiful treasure
Marella Aon 22/08/2017 19:03The place is beautiful and really relaxing, we found Jacuzzi in the room and this has been very helping to enjoy the short holiday.
Even if the cafè where you have breakfast is 5 min far, it is a cool place and the service is really professional.
We try the restaurant, food and service is Amazing.
We really enjoy every aspect of our holiday.

sebjgreenon 19/06/2017 08:02Lovely building and surroundings. Modern room. Just a few things that ruined the experience. Breakfast is not actually served at the hotel. It's a 5 minute drive away at an Italian cafe which runs out of food unless you get there before 9:30. This isn't mentioned anywhere on the website. If you don't have a car, it's not really a nice walk. Broken air con in room. Spoke to reception a few times and they said "the engineer will be here in half an hour" - that was 2 days ago. Friends in other room also had same issue. Hotel proved a cheap bottle of drink to say sorry - not really acceptable. TV on mezzanine bedroom floor is just for show. Not plugged in as there is no plug socket anywhere near it. Can't recommend this hotel and won't be staying here again.
Confirmed booking - no room !
Matthias Mon 26/06/2016 15:25Be careful, with a confirmed booking we arrived at the hotel and they had given our room to someone else. Calls from our travel agent were declined, they just hang up, telling them they are not able to talk english. But the manager understood everything, I was telling him and he answered as well in english.
Nice location and everything, but they don't care about customers.

Stayed in suite room that had two levels and was a very nice room. Would certainly recommend and will stay again in the future

Daverideron 15/03/2014 11:31Absolutely great place! amazing food in the very valuable restaurant. Wine was amazing as the place is also a cantina: Vignenote. Wonderful hotel with art exhibition al over the location.And a magnificent golfclub nearby, Golf Franciacorta.
