A budget hotel but good for a customized stay

We stayed as a large group of friends and the hotel managed to customize the whole experience for us to cater to our needs. Rooms, restaurant, pool and the surrounding area meets the basic requirements but if you are looking for a budget place to spend a weekend with your gang this could be your place.

No WIFI, old TV 📺, untidy bathroom

When you're searching for cheap hotels you can have cheap experience also..
Room cost is somewhat cheap but the experience is not worthwhile.
The rooms and bathrooms are untidy, no WIFI though they published free Wifi... small older 📺...

You need to think twice before booking this place...

Somewhat near to all attractions at Dambulla area... but there are other hotels you can prefer...

Stained sheets stinky bathrooms and dusty rooms

Do not ever make the mistake of booking in this hotel if you are a person who likes clean bathrooms and clean bedsheets.. Assuming that most of us as Travellers like clean rooms, I am writing this experience

The hotel itself is 1.7 kms from the main road and there is no proper road as such, it's all mud roads inside.. Very scary if you come post sunset as there are no streetlights... This was the first time my maps lost way as it could not locate it properly.

Somehow after reaching the hotel, we thought our adventure was done with, but alas, our rooms.. God save those who stay there.. It looked clean when we entered but then on closer look, the bedsheets were stained..

The bathroom--Wow-- if the term can be used to describe what it was, was the worst ever I have seen in my entire life. It stinked and everything was as old as possible

If you are one of those who plan to go to srikanka from India, make sure this hotel never ever figures on your list..

A good place to stay for environmental lovers

we visited during our school holidays it was so nice, and full of birds like peacocks,,,,
food is also superb,,,,,& night time good for walking around. Challets are so nice & had a good sleep. Early morning we went to see birds around the small lake a side of the hotel. Friendly staff and had fresh vegetables & fruits, curd is so nice which was made by the hotel ,....big pool can swim for a big crowd.

Nice location,friendly staff,landscape is green.good rooms washrooms.lake also nice.it can attract your visitors.the road of the hotel is across by a jungle.by people folks the king of rawana's palace or the resting place is so nice.
But the washrooms are so gloomy and the bed rooms ceiling is not high,and too dark.the restaurant is looking so old.
