Amazing stay!

I loved this hotel - the rooms, the staff and the breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had at a hotel (no sad buffet) and I could barely walk afterwards. The staff was perfect and they helped us with everything from booking tours to finding our lost backpack. The location in the centre of the old town is great and everything is very beautiful.

The stay was perfect and I will recommend this place to everyone - the price is also very reasonable!

I was so sad to leave and I will definitely come back!

The hotel was extremly beautiful, cozy and very nice decorated. The pool in the middle of the patio made me feel lime at a private house. Service was superb. Breakfast was delicious. The room mas nice, very romantic and has all commodities, minibar, nice TV, very high ceilings. Can´t wait to go back and stay at this hotel again.

I loved this hotel - the decor, the staff, the food, the grounds. It was a fantastic stay.

As an interior designer I was especially in love with the decor. The rooms are clean, crisp white with a gorgeous layer of antiques. The breakfast room has the most perfect set up of collected antiques as well, that speak to the history of this country.

The breakfasts are delicious. Complimentary and fully served in their gorgeous dining room. Many options and all very good.

The staff is fantastic, offering up ideas for some of the best meals that we have had, and giving us a quick map of the area as soon as we arrived to orient us to the location. Helpful, polite, professional, the best.

Location is within walking distance of everything. It is the perfect boutique vibe and comfort combined with luxury.

A fantastic stay all around!

The house of the Archbishop

Going to miss @casadelarzobispado (which means house of the Archbishop). The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. It's so lovely to stay in a hotel that everyone knows your name. I'm going to miss my daily Jugo de Lulo and the incredible massage I had. Also,the cafe next door called Época @weare.epoca is delicious and makes the best coffee and cocktails. My sister and I stayed there for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Specially our waiter for breakfast (I'm sorry I cannot remember his name!). The first morning my sister asked for panela (local brown sugar). He apologized for not having it. Next morning, he brought it to the table telling us that he remembered we like it!
The location is ideal, behind the Cathedral and very close to the main entrance (El Reloj). Perfect for enjoying Cartagena in the best way: walking its beautiful streets.
The only thing we were not happy about, was their recommendation for going to the Islas del Rosario. If you want to visit this place check several options, making sure you understand what is included (places) and where in the islands they will take you to eat.
