Decent Hotel, not luxurious, can be very crowded, good value

We have stayed there the weekend of 15-16 July 2017 with my wife and 6 year old daughter. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay. I was recommended this hotel by local people and had very high expectations. My expectations were not really met. We arrived at the hotel very early due to our plane's landing time, understandably they didn't have a room ready for us but were told that they would try their best to get a room around noon-time and offered us complimentary breakfast. Despite me chasing their reception staff a few times they still didn't have a room at 2:30. When I went to the reception again (they were supposed to let us know), it seemed like the staff had forgotten about our room and finally gave us the keys.

Our room was on the 8th floor with amazing views and it was quite clean and comfortable. It wasn't luxurious and looked a bit old but did the job. The bathroom and the amenities were also quite basic and clean. It didn't bother me as I like cold showers but the hot water in the shower ran out after about 3-4 minutes of running.
We only had breakfast there and the food was good with a decent amount of variety, the pide station was especially very good. However it gets annoyingly crowded and the experience feels very rushed with many hasty guests trying to snatch food off the buffet. It is also very difficult to find a table in a nice spot outside.

The beach is very nice with some sand and grass areas. The sea is clean and lovely. Again to get a good spot in the beach can be tricky. Also unfortunately they don't provide towels, you get "Pestemal" instead which is an Aegean thing, which for me as good. But still I would expect the hotel to provide both.

The Wi-Fi internet is very disappointing as you have to log in pretty much every time you need to use it and it is very slow.

Overall this is a nice basic hotel, but not high end. It is inexpensive and decent value for money

This is a good hotel with a lovely beach. The service was great (especially at the restaurant and the beach) although the front desk staff might benefit from some better training as they could be a bit arrogant at times. The guest relations staff were very good though. The wifi was usually very slow and was cut most of the times. The restaurant staff were great and especially Nisan Bey helped us a lot, doing the best that he could. Open buffet was plentiful with a wide range of choices and the food was good. All in all, it was a good stay and the hotel was good.

Perfect beach and clean hotel

We stayed for a night in boyalik hotel , everything was perfect ,fast checkin(we arrived at 11am there but we got our room very quickly),polite staff , great sea view,clean room and bathroom ,beach was perfect , free parking and good breakfast.

Disappointing this time

We stayed here last year and all was OK. This time, we checked in on May 5th. Same day i asked to change the room because it is a corner room, which gets a lot of wind and it is too noisy. Even though on expedia, the hotel showed 5 available rooms, the reception said they do not have any available. When i stated rooms seem to be available, they said the available ones were connected. It turns out, the rooms are available to be sold by itself but because we already paid for our room, they do not feel the need to change it. Yesterday there was no water, today there is no electricity in the bathroom. Saturday morning, there was a loud construction going on at 8.30 a.m. Food is OK, sea is very clean and beautiful. Even though we paid for the hotel (non-refundable), we will leave one day early and try to enjoy the last day of our getaway somewhere else.

I have been to this hotel with my family,natives and friends.We had a nice time all together even we had a lovely wedding organisation.Rooms were good nothing to say about,in general staff was so helpful and so kind,it was out of seaon and many parts of the hotel was not giving service and you coud easily feel the lackness of the staff.General areas should be more clean but at that time it was not possible.We had a lovely wedding organisation except the weather conditions,it was in September but wind or storm what ever you call continued almost a week even in our night.People were not satisfied with the terms of weather conditions but were very happy with the organisation.Food,service,ambiance was so nice most people were satisfed.It was really cold and especially ladies felt the cold very much,hotel and the organisation comittee tried to all their bes and try to provide a kind of a cloth for ladies.General Manager especially deserves my compliments and speacial thanks to him.He accepted all of our demands and he did not suffered.Thank you once more for every member of the hotel.
