Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at

As we walk from the lobby to our room we walk past biscuits and pieces of food on the floor, dirt and stains all over the corridor carpets, I think to myself, I’m definitely not walking barefoot here. The housekeeping staff leave the dirty laundry all over the floor in the walk ways. We get to our room, dirt on the floor, mirrors are stained, hair in the basin and in the shower, the toilet had poo in it, and the amount of dust I wiped off the surfaces could be made into golf balls. This unhygienic and disgusting management flows throughout the entire hotel, the gym, the pool area, and worse....the dining area...food and tissues on the floor, stained and food covered table clothes. We noticed there is a lot of mould on the ceilings, paint flaking off above the place she cooks our eggs, and we don’t even want to imagine when last the air conditioning units were cleaned. The scent of mould fills your room and makes you worry about getting sick from it. This hotel should be closed until it falls inline with food and hygiene standards!!!
Affordable + Clean Hotel

Strategic location. Convenient to go weekend night market (sunday). Also nice food "Huen Phen" local northern restaurant nearby. Price range starts from 50 Baht. For ground tour, you may choose Travel Smile by Nina (Ms. Guita - walking distance from the hotel). She is very honest and knowledgeable. Worth the money to pay for holiday package :)
Sad, dirty, falling apart, empty ghost hotel. 别去啊!不干净,人员非常不礼貌,非常老的地方, 墙有菌

I've been there for 2 nights, paying for 3.
I came for the weekend from Shanghai. I am Italian but I work in Shanghai.
I have booked online for 2 nights, but then i realized that i needed to stay an extra night so, when I arrived, I told the girl at the reception. She was cool with it, she gave me the card and all went well. After receiving the card, I head to my room that was on the 4th floor. The reception was still ok but once you get on the elevator you already start to feel the smell of mold and rotten wood. Nevertheless, I kept on going upstairs as I had already paid for my stay. I exit the elevator and the first disgusting thing that I saw was the carpet. Super dirty like if there has been a battle on it. The corridor smells bad too. I arrive at my room and the door opens easy but.... To close it behind you it takes lots of effort. It's like the wood of the door is rotten so can't even close properly unless you push hard.
The lights in the room are terrible. The bathroom is dirty and old. The closet... The closet is full of mold.
i haven't seen no staff around beside a guy sleeping on the sofa of the 4th floor corridor.
The bed sheets are clean. I avoided to have breakfast there so I don't know if it's ok. but in front of the hotel there is a reallly nice place with good coffee.
At the moment of the check out, there was a different girl at the reception. She was overwhelmed by a couple of guests that couldn't use their card because it was demagnetized. I couldn't use my card too, because they didn't check my request of 1 extra night stay so they have just decided to close my outside. When I paid the extra night, the girl didn't even give me the card of the room I paid. She just said: "you go with him" and a guy came to open the door for me. I didn't even use the room that night because I had a flight but I paid for it and couldn't even have the card of the room to pack things and not rushing. It was not even high season.
Also, the cleaning ladies in the morning are so loud that they decide when you have to get up. They talk to the phone and they call each other very loudly.
The only good thing was the location.
They treat Chinese guests very bad also, with an eye of superiority and ABHOR.
That's crazy to me.
HOTEL pictures are fake!
AVOID AT ALL COST

Sad state of a hotel despite a great location
This must have been a glorious hotel in centre of the old city some 30 years ago
Last refurbished probably 20 years ago
Now it is a cheap and fairly unpleasant hotel catering primarily for chinese groups
Rooms need urgent refurbishment
Pool is very small
Bathrooms are bad
But this can be understood ...
What is really annoying is how people don't smile
They ask you for a deposit of 300 BHT to give you your room key
Breakfast is fairly basic and mainly bad
All table clothes are constantly dirty
Tables outside dirty with bird poo
There is no hospitality in this place
Thank goodness for coffee lovers cafe opposite that does good coffee
Even if you pay for breakfast you go there
avoid if you can
Pity to see hotels at this state and also to see this part of a chain
There are little nice hotels and B&B around
rooms need a update
