Travelgirl012on 26/08/2017 04:09This room was so overpriced, the carpet was torn on the walkways, the room smelled, and was not clean. To pay cash the staff requested copies of ID. There is no nice way to say this, but the phone had nose boogers on it, and it was so close to the head of the bed it was hard not to notice. The mattress was old and worn out, while showering in the morning the water backed up into the tub. Even if the room had been clean it was so dated, and repair work was shoddy looking. Very, very unpleasant! We paid more for a waterview room, not worth it. Had it not been so late I would not have stayed and would have looked for another hotel. I will never stay there again.
Great location
TanFranon 19/08/2017 03:26Just stayed here four nights, great location, within walking distance to almost everything. Very friendly check in desk and found all the help very helpful and accomadating.
The place is clean but surely could use a update. The breakfast was just enough to start your day. Coffee/tea all day in the lobby.
I would recommend this property to friends.
Location isn't everything...
mdmauriceon 04/08/2017 03:23We recently stayed here for just one night, had it been longer we would have switched places. the staff was under motivated. At checkin the woman at the desk was robotic and borderline rude. There was something wrong with the bathroom door and stuck badly if you closed it completely and you had to have someone open it from the outside. The room smelled musty. The pool was dirty, the water surface looked filmy. The breakfast was pathetically limited. They started at 7:15 and by 8am they had run out of everything from cream cheese to coffee, syrup and orange juice. The staff was wholly unapologetic and unmotivated. Will never stay here again unless they sell it to someone who commits to upgrades it desperately needs. In the right hands this property has an excellent location and could be a much nicer place than it currently is.

Rachael Don 30/07/2017 14:02Fridge was unplugged and had lunch meat and yogurt left in it with mold. Bathroom door didn't close without slamming it and the sink was dripping nonstop. Unless I was desperate, I wouldn't stay here again. Only positive is that when we called about the fridge, it only took a few minutes for someone to come clean it out.
Great location but....
viabomaon 27/07/2017 14:32Dirty room, fridge didn't work, room smelled bad, bed hard, sheets scary, but view and location perfect. Didn't eat breakfast and had to use drop box as office doesn't open until 7am. Easy free parking
