Plenty of hippo with babies. Would love to see them out eating at night. They are magnificent. Easy to see how they can be so very dangerous.

We stopped here on one of our game drives and there were over 50+ hippos laying in this pool packed like sardines! There is a fence above the pools where you can stand and watch the activity going on below.

Hippo Pool is a great lace to visit

There were many hippos in several pools we saw in Tanzania, especially in the Serengeti! They were active and easy to see but not something I enjoyed smelling! :-)) Seeing a big hippo with an open mouth was one thing I really wanted to see and was not disappointed. Really saw them up close and was able to get good pictures.

A Must STOP in the Serengeti!!!

Definitely one of the top spots to visit. The large number of Hippos is awe inspiring. They are so much fun to observe.and you can take great photos

Experiencing so many hippos in one place is something I never thought I would ever see. The sounds, the smell, the experience... prepare to be amazed!
