What People are saying

Very pleased with our stay!

Ray2199on 23/08/2017 02:51

Our room was very clean & well appointed! The bathroom was perfect, the mattress & pillows excellent! Enjoyed a great night's sleep! We loved the ice cream party & music, that was a nice surprise! Only strange thing was the odd smell in the hallway. Everything was extremely clean, just had a pungent smell BUT not in the room, ONLY the hallway on OUR floor.

No complaints

Stayed at hotel one night. Room is spacious and clean. It has a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee pot and large screen tv. Beds are soft (a little too soft) but comfy. Bathroom is clean as well but towels are well worn and thin.

Breakfast was standard fare. They have a buffet that included biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and egg patties. Also have a waffle station, cereal, oatmeal packets (one flavor), donuts and minimal fruit. Dining area is spacious.

For one night, this was a good choice.

Good hotel, quiet location, a couple of minor issues

We went to Branson July 22 - 25. Branson was very this weekend. I booked Branson Towers as a "I guess we'll stay here because our normal places we stay are booked". We were pleased overall. Our room was spacious enough to accomodate basically 4 adults. We're actually 2 adults with 2 teenage sons who are both man-sized. The in-room fridge and microwave were very handy for snacks and left-overs. Our room was on the second floor and in good location to the elevator...close enough to be very convenient, but far enough away that we weren't constantly hearing it ding and people getting on and off. The beds were very comfortable. LOVED the pillows. If I could have packed them up and took them home and they wouldn't have charged me for them, I probably would have. Loved the pillows. The central staircase to the lobby was very convenient and we used it a lot rather than the elevator since we were just on the 2nd floor. The banister is starting to get wobbly on one side though. I mentioned it and the front desk said she'd have maintenance look at it. Breakfast was decent. I'm not crazy about egg patties, but they made a convenient sandwich with the sausage patties and biscuits. The oldest son liked the biscuits and gravy and the other son and husband liked the waffles. It was pretty standard Branson hotel food. They did have sign on the door stating if you removed any of the food to your room there would be a $7 fee. I didn't understand this the 1st morning, but I can see why. And this is why the "no food to rooms" and is my biggest complaint. Our room was not cleaned, at all the 2nd day we were there. I double checked to make sure the do not disturb sign was not up and it was not. No fresh towels, no made beds, no trash dumped. We are not sloppy hotel guests, but I do expect my room to be cleaned when I'm paying $90 a night/day for a hotel room. We had left our room after breakfast to go to the lake for a bit and got back to our room about 3:30. Our room hadn't been cleaned. We just thought they were running behind because the Saturday transition into Sunday with guests leaving can be very hectic. I get that. So, we went to the pool for a couple of hours. Still no cleaning. We left to go to dinner and I stopped by the desk. Housekeeping had left for the day. I told the front desk our room hadn't been cleaned and she told me that we interupted the cleaning schedule by being in our room at 3:30, so they skipped us. I told her to please make sure we were on the cleaning schedule for the next day. The next day we kept a very similar schedule with out after breakfast to do some things and coming back about 4:00. Our room still hadn't been cleaned, but, the cleaning lady knocked on the door this time and asked if we'd like our room cleaned. She was going to finish the room across the hall. You bet we did and we all hurried to clean up for dinner and got out of there so she could clean. She did clean our room, but I've never stayed in a hotel with such a weird cleaning schedule. My other complaint is when we booked the hotel we THOUGHT the nightly ice cream and cobbler were complimentary. It is not. I'm sorry, for $90 a night, the tiny dish of ice cream should not be charged for. Those are really the only issues we had. The hotel pool was nice, lots of room and a good depth. The pool is actually in a central courtyard not attached to the hotel proper. It was a little cool when you 1st got in. You could tell they had turned off the pool heater for the summer, no direct sun doesn't let the water warm up very much. There were lots of towels and the water was clean. Overall, we would stay at this hotel again. I will tell them at check-in to make sure the cleaning person stops by our room to clean even if we are there.

A nice Surprise

My family and I booked this hotel at the last minute when we realized we could run down to Branson for the weekend and make use of our season passes to Silver Dollar City. The strip was booked and this was one of the only hotels that still had queen size beds. I refuse to sleep on a double. Although it is way off of the strip it was clean and reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast is on the same level as all other Branson Hotels. However! The beds in this hotel were incredibly comfortable and soft. My wife and I slept great. A good night sleep is so important after a full day of Silver Dollar City. We might go back just for the comfortable beds.

Nice hotel

Our standard room was very clean. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Very nice pool but was overrun with kids until it closed at night. Good breakfast was extremely busy during the last hour. Wifi connection was good but access to the internet was poor.
